The lines are long all the time because the little helpers will stand in groups of 3 talking while ignoring any and all drive thru windows and the main counter. Nothing is in-stock, doesn't matter what drug is prescribed, they instantly don't have it. We drive to town to pick up medicines after we are notified that they are ready just to be snottily told they don't have it. The last 4 months we have had to make several trips to the store to be told "We have to check it first", the next day they lost the prescription. They have pushed our prescriptions back by 5 days now. They fill the prescriptions 3 or 4 days after the due dates leaving us with nothing for days on end. This is the absolute WORST people I have ever dealt with.

They remembered who I was after only having went a couple of times. I'd go to Walgreen's dozens of times, and they always had that blank, clueless look on their faces. Don't even get me started on the Walgreen's in Monroe. The woman behind the counter completely ignored me, so she could bitch about a previous customer to her coworker. Extremely unprofessional. When she FINALLY acknowledged my existence, I told her never mind. I'll find another pharmacy and have my prescriptions transferred there. I'll never give Walgreen's another dime of my money. Legend's is the only pharmacy for me.

Kevin Atwell Road pharmacy in West Monroe Louisiana was extremely rude I have never been hung up on because I accidentally called the wrong Pharmacy he said you've got the wrong Pharmacy you don't have anything here and hung up on me and I wasn't even finished speaking . If you don't like your job don't work in retail there's a lot of us that are not feeling well and last I heard if you want to be in healthcare you need to have some empathy and some heart for others obviously CVS Pharmacy cannot pay people enough because the lines are extraordinary you can wait for hours after you get off work and stand in line or sit outside I've been told numerous times to drive around the pharmacy I have been waiting for a prescription that has been out of stock for over a week I'm leaving CVS for good so thank you Kevin for showing me the light and I will be contacting corporate ! I had a prescription sent to CP for fill last week and when I went to pick it up, I was told by a…read morepharmacist that it could not be filled because they would lose too much money in filling it for me. The pharmacist also told me that, if I had other prescriptions there, there would be no problem filling my prescription. I had considered to begin transferring my prescriptions to CP from my pharmacy but, after this interaction, I will be keeping my prescriptions at my old pharmacy (which filled the prescription with absolutely no issue). I was so disappointed.

Walmart grocery store is literally a block away, so I seem to go daily. The pharmacy is small but…read moreefficient. Prices are like regular walmarts, so on certain scripts they get my business just based on low price. Pharmacists are nice but they aren't the fastest. If you haven't called in a refill, I suggest dropping it off and doing your grocery shopping. Most of the time by the time your done the script will be filled. Hours are acceptable.
