I ordered a product from Walmart.com that was delivered from the store in Clinton, NJ using a…read moredelivery service called Spark. Apparently, this is a Walmart brand delivery company. The Spark driver used Google maps and the GPS system sent him to a totally different street than the one that was on my order. Instead of questioning that something seems wrong, the driver left my package at someone else's house and took a picture of someone else's door. When I called Walmart, both the store and the 1-800 customer service number, both informed me that the package was delivered and no error had been made, and they refused to send out another driver, or track my package, or refund my money. Basically, they said it was now MY problem. They had the audacity to blame Google. Google GPS is not infallible, and sometimes does not always work. This is widely known. This is why HUMAN beings with a brain sometimes need to think before doing something that looks questionable. If a package/order has a delivery address on it and Google takes them somewhere else, that driver should either call the contact number given on the order or take the merchandise back to the store for further clarification. So let this be a warning to anyone ordering online at Walmart. They do not guarantee the accuracy of their delivery service and brainwashed all their employees to make the customer feel guilty about being angry. The low level employees were all super empathetic, but were powerless to help. The managers who do have the power to help had no empathy and continued to push a ridiculous conclusion that they and their deliver driver did nothing wrong. To quote Tom Cruise as Charlie Babbot in "Rainman", "Walmart sucks!" Buyer beware...shop Amazon instead!

Finding a good pharmacy is always a lengthy search. Most of the big box pharmacies such a CVS,…read moreRight Aid and Walgreens do you have such cheaper prices it almost makes going through with the continuous frustration and hardships just to achieve the simplest tasks. From being short staffed to feeling way too many prescriptions they always seem to give you the worst looks when they ask when you plan on picking up your prescription and you have the "nerve" to tell them you'd be waiting for it. If there ever is any sort of problem that they might have to call the insurance company the doctor or something might be out of stock it will take you 30 to 45 minutes easily before they call you to the counter to tell you you have to go elsewhere. That's why I was glad to find out that the ShopRite pharmacy in Phillipsburg New Jersey is the best alternative to dealing with the headaches and frustration that you will undoubtably encounter in all of these "super" drugstores. The prices are fair while they may be a little bit more expensive than the big box of chains there definitely reasonable the staff is friendly and they're always well supplied with enough people working behind the counter so that your wait time is greatly diminished. I don't think I've ever encountered a situation where they were out of stock of any medicine nor have I had any issues with them needing to contact someone from my insurance company or doctors office either. I still remember the first time I used their pharmacy they gave me a 20 to 30 minute wait time for my prescription refilled and then I added bonus to be inside a grocery store I took the time to go pick up a few items within five minutes they are calling my name in the loudspeaker I was sure it was to tell me something without a stocker there was some issue but no my order was ready and I was out the door faster than I've been at any of the bigger chains. I advise anyone that has prescriptions to fill especially on a regular basis plan it around your shopping trips and just drop them off and by the time you're finished getting your groceries you will be pleasantly surprised :-)
