But what truly places them in the 5 Start category is this: I was going out of town early the next day but it was already 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. So I wouldn't be able to get the much needed prescription that night. Instead, they offered to deliver the meds to my house that night so I wouldn't miss it. They kept in constant contact to make sure they got the address correct and that I received it I don't know if this is their standard practice, but it made a world of a difference in positive business practices. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!

The pharmacist even caught a potential interaction that was missed by the MD. When my insurance tried to get me to switch to a different pharmacy that they had a contract with, the pharmacist let me know about the Walgreens Prescription plan that actually ended up saving me money than if I had gone through my insurance!

You don't get a lot of frills as far as... you can refill from an app etc...like you can with some big name pharmacies and they don't have night hours etc, but the personal service you get is fantastic. I ran to Walmart on Range here in Denham Springs for a quick grocery trip. While shopping, I had to…read moreuse the restroom. BIG MISTAKE. The dried water stains on the mirror, the clogged toilets, the smeared poop stains on the walls and the wet toilet paper on the floor was actually FERAL. The smell alone sent me into an asthma attack, causing me to leave my groceries and rush to my office for my nearest inhaler. I'm aware that it's a public restroom, but that was downright appalling. With all those employees standing around "monitoring" the customers at self-check-out, you would think at least one of them could check to see if the bathroom had been cleaned. I highly recommend avoiding this location until they can get their act together.

The 4 people that were working looked busy with their tasks, but should never be too busy to offer hospitality. A simple "hello" or "someone will be right with you" goes a long way. I'm really disappointed.
