I said it shows you are open till 10pm and mind you no sign on their door providing that information to their consumer. He then let me walk in and I spoke to a Kim I believe "store manger/supervisor" who was as rude as she can be. Attitude for no reason when I said I need a package and I was told I can come pick it up before closing which clearly says 10pm on the website. She said you're just going to have to come back tomorrow you're 5 mins late. I said why would your site say 10pm and you have nothing indicating you close at 9pm. She said "google is wrong it's been like that for years." So you're telling me the largest search engine is wrong and CVS being a large organization isn't fixing this issue that's been wrong for years. That's baffling. Her attitude was worst than the store being closed. I walked out and another consumer walked out with me and said "she didn't need to speak to you like that, she could have helped you." All I needed was a UPS package that was important for me to have. Do better CVS, keeping people like Kim around because of convenience isn't okay.

The person at the desk took my prescriptions, gave me their business card & told me that they would start a profile on me & suggested I called when I had my insurance info & they would immediately process my order. When I called they said they'd be ready in 10 minutes & I'm pretty sure they were done in less than that, because when I got there they were waiting on me, lol. Isn't that nice for a change?! Just in case you do end up waiting, there do have some basic chairs in the pharmacy, but you can also walk to the cafe that's nearby in the same building. Or if you're feeling adventurous you can cross the street and mozy on into the Estrella Hospital gift shop :)

There is a nice patio with tables and chairs right outside the doors of the pharmacy, great for when it cools off. I enjoy using this pharmacy because they don't "grief me" for filling my pain med scripts ON TIME like EVERY OTHER PHARMACY I've ever used. Imagine it! No inordinate wait and no evil power hungry pharmacists laughing at you as you writhe in pain... Ok, maybe it's not that bad but when you are in pain, it may certainly feel that way. Tried to do a return and the system did not show any of my purchases. Of course I don't have a paper receipt because I do paperless receipts. Good Customer Service…read more I went into CVS because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to CVS for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores.
