This CVS location is horrible. The employees are not even trained in customer service. They don't do their job correctly, and are quite rude almost every time. I have been with this CVS for over 10 years. It used to be awesome. But for the last 2 years or so it has gone downhill so very much. So bad that I had to change pharmacies. Between them being out of medicines I get every single month, and never having my prescriptions when they said they would be ready, it's just been a total hassle dealing with them. Most of the time I was in awe of how terrible I was treated by the staff. I've got almost all of my prescriptions moved from there, but they are doing their best to keep me there. They called my doctor and got refills for one of my prescriptions when they knew I was leaving, just to keep my business. The employees are not trained very well, and I have dealt with them lieing about my prescriptions and when they were called in and when they should be ready.
Honestly I think they are way too busy to be having newbies work there. I am much happier at my new pharmacy. They are nice there, always take care of me, and never treat me like crap. read more
