My phone was in car. I said okie l, I'll figure this out. I find the email. I call the store telling them what happened and that I have an email saying the pictures are there. They try looking it up by my name. They can't find it. They try my phone number. Can't find them. I said okie is there a manager. She gets on phone. I tell her the situation. I tell her I have the email. She says are you sure it's our store. I said I'm looking right at the email that says so and it even has a confirmation number. She says well I can't help you if we can't find it. Never asks for confirmation number or anything. I will be going in tomorrow to show them the email. Terrible, terrible customer service skills.
