Armed with my 40% off coupon, I decided to check out some of their mouthwash options at CVS. They have many national brands as well as their CVS generic brand. With 40% many of these items fare very well with the prices you would find at Walmart or other discount stores. The store is a typical CVS with a nice parking lot and bright aisles. read more

My recent experience with CVS Pharmacy over the past 20 years in Florida has been nothing short of terrible. Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. If they want to stay in business, they need a major overhaul. Most recently, I waited in the drive-thru line 15 minutes prior to 8pm closure, only for the clerk to close the window in my face at 8:02. That's completely unacceptable for a major corporation. No customer should be treated this way. read more

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for almost 9 months now. It appears to be a training pharmacy, as the amount of pharmacy techs. on any given day is a lot more than you see in any pharmacy anywhere. Everyone from the managing pharmacist, Sofia, to the newest lead tech. Karen, are professional and tireless workers. The issue I continue to have at each refill and that I have to address with every tech. and pharmacy manager, as well as the corporate customer service line, is that their refill system does not work!! No matter if I call the refill in, text it, or refill via the app, they always automatically fill my prescriptions for 90 days. What that translates to is that after standing in line for half an hour, I have to send it back for a quantity adjustment and return one or two hours later or the next day to stand in line again. It also means more work for them. Each time that I have addressed this, they "note the system" to no avail. That said, I do give them credit that at least they give me the brand and not the generic. The previous CVS that I was a client of for 18 years, changed my last name to "Brand," so I was "Marie Brand" because they kept filling my prescription with a generic, despite my doctor's orders for the brand being noted in the system. Each time I would go through the drive-thru, they would make me park and go inside. After a couple of years, I had enough and transferred to this new location. I hope they get it right soon--it's extremely inconvenient, frustrating and outright unfair. read more

Until recently this was a decent CVS to pick up get medication. The last two times I have gone, the counter clerk has been sloppy, unhelpful, and ignorant of what he can or cannot do in the system. The first visit the indiviual chaqrged me for medicaiton at the non-insurance rate and claimed that was what the insurance company would pay. I asked him to check and see what I paid last time and he said that he couldn't see that. I had a feeling that he was wrong but I needed to get home, so I left the store. I called the insurance company and they said he had not submitted themedicaiton for a claim. (Guess it's easier to lie than to do your job). Went back to the store(20 minute trip in traffic). WHen it was my turn I told him that he hadn't filed a claim and that I wanted a refund and correct processing. He wordlessly took the medicaiton , explained to one of the pharmacists on duty and then sent me to another window. There, the tech had to repackage and reprocess my med (another 10 minute wait). Finally I got my medication. At no point did anyone apologize for thier error or my inconvenience. Yesterday I had to pic up some medicaiton that my physician prescribed. I have picked it up before and it is not usually covered by insurance. The same clerk was working. He commented when he finally found the medication, that the insurance must be "running out". The med in question was over $200. I looked at him and said, I have a Good Rx card on file and that if he checked, he would see that it was applied the last time I picked it up. He checked and said, its $112 (my best recollection). I told him never mind. I drove to another CVS, had all my meds transferred to that store as my new store. Showed them my Good Rx price ($61). The tech applied it and I pick the med up today. In the midst of undoubtedly working at a high pace, extremely lucrative pharmacy, the company should not forget about customer service. Prior to the arrival of this particular clerk, I had not had any issues with them. I have written perhaps 4 reviews in my lifetime. This exceptionally poor service, and general unwillingness to try and help a patient, deserved to be called out. read more

Very disappointed with this cvs lost of words, pharmacy employee have no consideration for other people's well-being. It was 8:20pm needed Prescription to be filled once I got to the front to drop off my prescription I explained that I needed my prescription tonight and a very nice polite way the pharmacist explain to me that is 8:20pm and they close at 9 PM. I explain to him other cvs send me here since you have the product. He looks at me and says hmmm I'll try to fill it before we close. I laughed and said what is it to fill if it's inside of a box already. Lord ppl don't have no compassion for others. read more

Antonio was wonderful! His customer service was awesome. He explained the CVS carepass to me and helped me save a lot of money. He's the only person who's been able to convince me to get it! He would make a great CVS manager. I come here a lot too, all of the employees are wonderful but Antoni did his thing today. read more

I needed something from the pharmacy and they left it for me to pick up when i called from home with one last detail. i called. 30 minutes on hold (i have a photo of that phone call's timer). i went to the pharmacy. the pharmacist attitude about the phone lines simply was 'too bad. we were busy.' my covid purchase ???? sold out from under me, even though it was saved for me. they refused to give me the name of the area manager. i called corporate. they promised that the area manager would call me in 2 days. that call came over a week later, but it wasn't from the area manager, it was from the pharmacist at the CVS where i had my initial problem. i asked for a call back from the area manager. none yet, close to a week later. how do i spell satisfaction ??? Nice people, quick and efficient. The pharmacy employees are very concise and kind, I would recommend.

What a joke this store is. Forgot to give my extra care card. Pharmacy sent me up to front register and the ineptness of the cashier who said he was a shift manager is off the chart. Told I had to go back to pharmacy then asked for manager's name and number and it was like getting a tooth pulled as I was given an attitude by a woman who walked to the back on her cell phone then came back five minutes late with the number. I would give no stars if I could. read more

Watch out when using CVS coupons. Make sure they all go through. I had been overcharged twice, now I watch carefully and many times the register does not honor the coupon. Many coupons are just a waste of paper and time at the register. The manager can over ride, but is usually too busy to assist. I was told "manager was upstairs" when I asked to speak to him earlier today. Previous managers were always accommodating, new management is uncaring. Moving my prescriptions to nearby Walgreens. Tired of getting ripped off. read more

Love the pharmacy staff here. They're all nice and take the time to chat even when they're busy. All the staff in the store are quite nice but most of my dealings are with the pharmacy. They know me and are very knowledgeable in their field. Plus they accept my insurance and prescription plan whereas walgreens no longer does. Been with cvs for years now and will continue to use them for the duration of my medicated life. Lol. read more
