I'm afraid there is no improvement possible for this store. And actually all CVS stores. They have taken what little human interaction they had and thrown it in the trash. This review is solely in regard to the pharmacy: I have written customer relations in the past about the poor quality of service I receive at this location. I am so ready to switch to another pharmacy. The issues remain consistent with long waits via phone and drive thru, shortage of staff, poor customer service, and long waits for services. I have been told on multiple occasions that the only way to get my Rx prior to the close of business is to show up at the pharmacy and wait because that is the only way it will be expedited. This evening, I waited in the drive thru over 10 min and all someone said via the microphone was "We will be with you shortly." They didn't even ask if I was dropping off or picking up. I realize that there has been an increase in the number of people that are sick; however, that does not excuse the multitude of issues at this location. These issues need to be addressed by corporate or CVS is going to lose a lot of customers. read more

I've been a longtime customer who is increasingly frustrated with poor customer service, long wait times, and inconsistent responses. The people who work there complain about being shortstaffed. There has been a lot of turnover, and it is unfortunate because the main store is great. If you're going to CVS for candy, makeup, and deodorant, you're all set. However, if you're planning to use paper coupons, CVS app only digital coupons or digital manufacturer coupons, prepare yourself for battle. You will not only be training the cashier processing your order, but you will likely find that the sale plus coupon mentioned in the advertisement is pure bait and switch, meaning that the digital manufacture and app only coupons are not deducted from the final price. Thus you are totally wasting your time by shopping at a store that does not train its cashiers, but in a company that is cheating the public by not honoring the coupons and offers in the weekly advertisement. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. read more

The pharmacist at this location is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. I will never fill an Rx here again. She took MORE THAN THREE WEEKS to process a prior authorization for ADD medication which alone is simply unacceptable. But then she had the nerve to accuse my PCP of lying to me about to prior authorization having been approved. She spoke to me like I was a child (I'm an attorney). And she HUNG UP ON ME mid-conversation. I cannot believe how unprofessional this pharmacist was. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

The store itself is clean and organized, the pharmacy here is terrible and poorly managed. Pharmacy staff are always chatting /complaining to each other and never have prescriptions ready even when you call ahead. This is not the first time I have have a frustrating experience here, but despite the convenient location, it will be the last. I have never seen such poor service from a pharmacy. I will never have a family members or my prescription sent to this location again. read more
