If Rite Aid was able to fill the script, the script could be transferred. Rite Aid was able to fill my script, and I picked up the next day. Good to have other reliable sources to get a script filled when the go-to doesn't have the item in stock. Everything was done over the phone. My mom has been ordering delivery from Walmart for the past year and 1/2. When it comes with…read moreeverything ordered, it's great and convenient! When it doesn't, it's a headache. Tonight was one of those headache nights... We placed an order to arrive between 8-10pm. Normally we sign off on it in person, but I must have overlooked the appropriate box when placing the order. So, a load of groceries were delivered to my mom's front porch- some that she'd ordered, some orders that were omitted, and a lot of things she hadn't ordered, didn't want, and had no room to store. In contacting Customer Service, at least on the weekend, chat AI was the only option. They were willing to refund items ordered and not received. As for orders not ordered, they were unwilling to pick them up and suggested donating, disposing or using as we saw fit. I'm sure someone else was missing their groceries and I had hoped they could get to the person who'd ordered them but no luck. It was a substantial amount of extra groceries and fortunately our neighbors were willing to happily accept them. However, I can't help but think about how much money is wasted in this fashion. Clearly this was not the first time this situation had been encountered. (e.g. cartons of milk, cartons of yogurt, RedBull, organic carrots, pretzels, ground beef, peppers, potatoes, chocolate bars, and more!). There's definitely a disconnect between who picks/bags groceries and who delivers them. We once had a situation where an ice cream birthday cake was delivered to the stop before ours -resulting in me running out to the store to pick it up. It's a convenient service when it works and unfortunately that's not always the case. Buyer beware!

That's when in a cold response he said the store has the right to limit quantities. I said who the purchase was for and since my cart was already loaded if I could purchase what I had. He answered with a stern NO. The young man at the register said he would put the cereal back. I don't think it would bother if they would post a sign on limits, they do for eggs. My I add I did not deplete their quantity on the shelve. My warning to you is if your going to purchase a large quantity you better check first. As I got ready to leave there was a lady doing the same thing and I told her you better check first. I still shop at Aldi's but with a far different out look.
