Love CVS drive through. When you're sick you don't want to run in to get your medicine. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This CVS store in Statesboro, GA on Fair Rd has to be the worse CVS ever! I'm waiting in the pharmacy drive thru line for 10 minutes and when I pull up they close the window at 1:37 PM. I guess they all have to go to lunch at the same time. Worse Customer Service Ever! ZERO STARS! read more

They suck. I mean they really really suck. You can not get anyone on the phone. I have now been on hold for 25 minutes. At this point I do not know who is more pathetic their customer service or me for sitting on hold. When you walk in the store good luck finding someone to help you. Change the hours! It says open until 12am EVERYDAY!!!!!! Took 20 minutes to get there, only to find out you were closed. That's after calling twice and waiting on the phone over 20 minutes and gave up. read more

Rating one star only because I can't leave no stars. We dropped the script off at 10:30 am for a simple antibiotic and was told it would take until 12-1pm. The sorry excuse for pharmacy techs close the window screen on my husband while he was going through the drive through before 1:30 pm. He calls me while I was in the store using the restroom and asks to go to the desk. I go to the desk at 1:31 pm and the tech says we are closed for lunch. I said oh I'm sorry we were told it wouldn't be ready until now as the young lady was going to help me another tech came up while smacking food shutting the shutter "we are closed for lunch". I work healthcare and cannot tell you how many times I have taken just an extra minute to help a patient. I'm actually appalled at the treatment and at a loss as I'm there to pick up a script for my crying infant and being so helpless to have to wait until 2 with a screaming infant. Waited in drive through line for over an hour to get a covid test to pull up to the window and them tell us they are done doing covid tests for the day. I also had 2 prescriptions to pick up on a different day. The drive through had over 8 cars in it so I came inside.. I had a coupon for one, waited in line for 20 minutes for her to tell me I had to go to the drop off line and then get back in the line to pay. Got back in the line to pay, waited another 20 minutes to get to the counter for her to tell me the prescription wasn't ready and needed to wait another 20 minutes!!!! These people are unbelievably slow... it is unreal. Get more people working if week evenings are too busy to handle. read more

This is the shadiest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I refused to sign up for their auto refill program and they filled a rx anyways and without my consent. I had already found a new pharmacy and CVS wouldn't release my "active" rx (that I never consented to be filled). I confirmed with Tricare that CVS billed for my rx AFTER my new pharmacy called to tell them to release it to them. AND... their voicemail says this store is closed today (around noon on a Thursday). The 1-800-SHOP-CVS says there is nothing they can do because their pharmacist in in a different state. I called another CVS in GA and they said they can't cancel a rx from another store. read more

It's like they just refuse to answer the phone at this pharmacy! Don't call they won't answer you have to go in person! And there you'll see how they just let the phones ring!! Very irritating if all you want to do is refill a prescription which can normally be done in 2 minutes over the phone! read more

On May.13, 2023....I called to check on how much my son medicine would be and the guy who worked in the cvs pharmarcy that day was charging $150..So, I told him to transfer it to walmart. He told me I needed to contact whom ever prescribed it to call them so basically I couldn't just make that request on my own because the doctor called it in the night before. We did just that by reaching out to the hospital the staff there was so nice and I found out later he was rude to the young lady in the hospital. So the hospital called and he gave a bogus lie. Then walmart called he completed lied by saying he didn't have any information on my child. Now remind you my son was in severe pain that friday night so we couldn't get his medication straigthen out until I reach out to the hospital 3 more times. The staff there was amazing because this jerk was not only rude to me he was to her also. And he wouldn't answer the phone several times that day just kept hanging up. To make along story short my son did finally get his medication for cheap at walmart. I will never try to get another prescription filled at CVS phamarcy on fair rd. I have had to fill prescriptions here several times and every time there is a huge wait! My prescription was called in at noon and when I arrived at 5 to pick it up, they had not even started it. It had to be "expedited" which was a quick hour! While waiting for that whole hour, several other customers arrived to pick up prescriptions that they had received a ready to pick up notification from CVS but those were also not ready. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic but an hour wait for a prescription is just unacceptable. I will go literally anywhere else from now on, not sure why I even gave them a second chance. read more

The employees and pharmacists here are very nice and helpful. My only complaints (which are out of the workers' control) are the crazy prices of products there. Things are much cheaper at Walmart. They have deals from time to time, but I'm not sure if they are cheaper than Walmart. Buy store brand if you need meds. It's much cheaper and they have the same ingredients. read more

I'd give 0 if possible. The worst customer service and your prescriptions will take days to be filled. Even if you're required to take that medication daily. Go to Walgreens or anywhere else read more

I don't usually go out of my way to write a bad review but wow. I am extremely sick and sent my 3 prescriptions to this location. I went to pick them up several hours after my doctors visit, and they were not ready. I went through the drive through the next day, and they only handed me 2 of my meds. I turned around and walked into the store to see what was going on. They were out of the prednisone and instead of telling me and trying to accommodate, they tried to get away with it by NOT TELLING ME ! Very upset with my experience here, and probably will not be sending my medications here any longer. read more

literally the worst experience of my life. communication is horrible. customer service is poor. the lines and wait times are ridiculous.

This has happened servers times. I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription I've been getting for the past year and a half and am told it's not on file. Then I give them my insurance card and the lady says it's not the right group number she needs? She says she can't give me my prescription because the system is "acting up". She's not being helpful at all and has a rather rude attitude the whole time. I then call my doctor who says it should be available. So I call the store and talk to a different lady and give her the same insurance card and number. She plugs it in and finds my prescription right away! The lady before didn't even attempt to put my group number in the system. I'm so tired of not being treated equally because of my age. I'm a college student but doesn't mean you should treat any differently than someone twice my age. This has happened multiple times and I'm tired of driving to cvs just to not get my prescription because the lady doesn't want to attempt to help me. read more
