The pharmacy here is horrible. I see my PCP twice a year and he sends in all of my scrips at the same time, all for 90-day supply. Somehow, they never all come due at the same time, and they get "off sync" so that by the end of the six months between doctor's appointments, Walgreens will tell me that one or more of them doesn't have any more refills available. So I have to keep messaging my Dr. who has to then write a new scrip and then everything is even more out of sync. If I took anything marketable I'm sure he would think I was selling my prescriptions! Half the time, they can't fill a whole prescription, so I'll go in because I have notification that the prescription is ready and there will be 5 of 90 in the bottle. I live outside of town. So to pick up four prescriptions that should all be refilled and ready at the same time might take me 5 or 6 trips into town. It's ridiculous and if you ask them why this is, or why everything is out of sync, they have no clue. The few times I've actually spoken with the pharmacist, they were knowledgeable and helpful. But the people who work the counter don't know what they are doing and they are extremely rude and dismissive. I have seen one of them make little old ladies cry. Apparently their pharmacists are spread really thin, as well, because there have been a few days when I've driven to town and the pharmacy is closed because there isn't a pharmacist available to work there. Of course the app doesn't tell you that, so that's another trip to town wasted. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to a locally-owned pharmacy. read more

My RX got sent in on a Wednesday and I went at 5:30 pm. There was a cleaner that closed off the drive through so I couldn't get my RX. Thursday after work I went through the drive through again after waiting in line for a while to be told the pharmacist has to check my prescription even though I had given them all my identification needed to prove who I was. I had gotten Rex's there before. I was instructed to drive around it will take 10-15 minutes. After waiting in line again I was told it would be an hour or more. I live an hour away and it was after 6:00 pm. They were not helpful, they had no people concern at all. The male pharmacist never never came to talk to me. Needless to say I came to a Moma papa drug store in my own home town. I hope I never have to use this store again. read more

I came in here with some friends to get the deal they had going on for this month to print pictures. So, at first there was a woman who happened to be working in the picture area that seemed like she didn't know how to help anyone. We finally did have someone help us and when we did , another guest decided to have an attitude when she also called someone to help her as well. That was quite disturbing and her aura seemed negative , I hope that she finds peace . But, other than that the experience was pretty good and we'll be back again to print more pictures i'm sure! read more

The pharmacy is a rip off. They took advantage of my daughter by saying they couldn't accept her insurance for a prescription because they entered it as self pay. Kroger has re-run prescriptions for me before so they basically stole my money, IMO. What should have cost $3 cost me $35. For your RX needs, I recommend the nearby CVS. read more

Employees lack basic customer service skills. After my experience at this store I can tell that there is no training or enforcement of basic customer servicing skills. Entrance greeting, in-aisle assistance, a friendly smile, exit salutations, etc. are not happening at this location with all employees. They are not conducting themselves accordingly which ruins the shopping experience for me. Employee stood outside as I exited and said nothing as she walked back inside and locked the door. We get all our photos done here that we don't do ourself. They are super fast and very good on the coat of printing. As for staff, just like anyplace you have good and bad ones. Tonight a young woman was working the counter and was very nice, she spoke to everyone that came in the store. I have been here and had a few that it makes you wonder how they can hold a job with the attitude they have towards the customers. Overall better than going to WalMate to get something fast, as they have all kind of stuff. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Pharmacy is incapable with zero customer service. Needed emergency antibiotics and they forgot for hours to make the phone call in order to transfer and fill my EMERGENCY prescription. Called multiple times to check status where I was hung up on and on hold for 30 minutes. Unapologetic, rude, incompetent pharmacy staff. Avoid at all costs if you ever want to receive your medicine. read more
