My prescriptions are very important to me, Literally life and Death and the Pharmacists and Techs like Adam really take the time to explain everything and make sure everything goes smoothly with my prescriptions. For the past about five months now, I have been having issues with my CVS card and on the app after speaking to multiple people in the store at a few different locations, including supervisors and managers some of them were able to just waive the coupons and the other half told me that they couldn't do it in case I was scamming them and using this at every store I was told to get a new card and when I went back in, I was told I couldn't get a new card I was told to give them my email and when I gave it to them, they told me that that's not the email. Meanwhile it's the same email I've had for over 15 years Then after I don't know how many months they finally gave me a phone number thrown at me so that I could call customer service I called customer service and they did absolutely nothing and after being on the phone with them for over a half hour we're supposed to call me back in one to two days never received a phone call a few days later I got an email asking me about an order number and a store number which I explained this has been going on for months with no particular order number and in multiple locations Then I finally received a call about a week later. I had two women on a three-way phone call that got disconnected a total of four times and took me forever to get back in touch with them and repeat the same story over to every single person that I've seen on the phone and in person Then I was specifically informed after I said it, and the first woman said it that the card would not be going through unless they were able to merge and show on the account today and be used while she assured me it would and then ended up doing it and saying the complete opposite so the first lady was arguing with the second lady on the phone And then after over an hour I got disconnected for the fourth time and no one has yet to call me back, this was over a week and a half ago. I also have not received the physical card in the mail, wondering where it could possibly coming from that it's taking this long so now I called again. I spent again an hour on the phone speaking to three different people telling all three people the same story from the very beginning all over again And all they did was blame the person that I spoke to prior saying that nothing was recorded in the notes all they have is my phone calls. Nothing was written down. No new card was supposed to take a fact and that they are confused as to why there is nothing in the app and there's nothing there. I usually don't like to talk about people's intelligence, but clearly it is at a very, very low I'm reading the same card numbers from one to the other and everyone is confusing cards multiple times I'm just repeating the same things over and over again that should be very simple to understand one to two sentences. They're transferring me to different departments. I'm put on hold. Kohl's are being dropped. The app is not loading I have already signed in and out. I've already deleted and reinstalled the app and this is not including for the last five months and also today nothing seems to be working. They finally get the new card to come on. No one knows how to emerge it Then they're telling me that they wanna rush me off the phone. They don't know why it's not working they're giving me the card number that conveniently ends in the same card number that I already had because it's the old card and not the new card then it's showing up on the app and disappearing multiple times so I must've logged out of my account about 40 times today. Face ID is not working. Nothing is working. It's not loading on the home screen and no one can tell me why there's not two cards there that I asked them not to remove it now I'm being told that they can only be one card on the account. This one in complete circles was a complete waste of time and I'm hoping to see if this actually works and now I was told to wait 3 to 4 weeks for the physical card to come. This was the most frustrating annoying stupidity that I have ever dealt with and I just don't understand how no one seems to know why or how to fix anything and no one seems to listen to anything that you say, and just makes up their own answers and then tells you one thing and completely becomes a hypocrite Everyone seems to just keep giving you promises about how they can fix something and then minutes later can't they'll give you promises and tell you that you'll get a phone call in days you never get a phone call and it's never resolved. I don't know why this pharmacy doesn't have five stars. Every time I call for my dad with any questions we have regarding health questions or concerns, there's a pharmacist there by the name of Mike who's amazing. He's kind and professional. He really gets to the bottom of your particular question and assists you in finding a solution. In addition, there are a few other pharmacists there that are equally professional. Lastly, the regular staff are nice and they help you when you need them. They never say "No." And they offer weekly discounts as well, which come in handy for many items. read more

I went there about a month ago and I had two bags on one in the front with her back. My friend has a broken arm so I had to hold her bag. That's why I had two bags on and I vaccinating to products and drop them so I went to go give her her bag back so I can go pick them up and the lady came screaming at me. I think that is the most disrespectful thing I've ever seen yelling at a kid and one with a broken arm. read more

This CVS Pharmacy has stable hours of operation every day of the week from 7am to 10pm. It sits in Prince's Bay of Staten Island. Retail space is small and aisles are narrow. Service is mediocre for the speed is a crawling turtle. Limited selection of basic items for the everyday life's grind of the daily deal, where it lacks solid substance (like typical male womanizer who traffics extremely young women) for the definitive underwriting. read more

Ahh, this CVS has many things going against it as of late. Firstly, the aisles are too small for my Kardashian proportioned body-- I feel like a giant every time I walk in because everything is so small and close together! They have a limited selection of basic CVS items which bothers me. Second, the pharmacy here sucks. It's a bunch of interns from the Pharmacy programs at colleges nearby trying to get their experience on my time and money. The employees in this section specifically could really give a hoot less if you need your Vicodin after having all four of your wisdom teeth pulled in one shot, and will make you wait over a week for a prescription due to their authorization policy. The only good thing about this place is sometimes the bronzer I use is on sale most of the time, so hoorah. read more

The only benefits is that it is close to my house and the employees are friendly. Other than that, the place is small and Im always bumping into someone or something... and theres always at least one item I need that they dont have. So I go to CVS on Arden Ave. But CVS is great because u always get coupons with your extra care card. read more

I don't think the pharmacists are rude. In fact, if you want to experience rude, take a trip to Brooklyn and you'll experience "Rude" on an entirely new level. That said, I would say that the pharmacy is as you should expect it. The pharmacists know what your needs are, they have extensive knowledge of their products, they genuinely care about their clients, and the overall staff including the cashiers are very professional and talk to you on a human level, which is uncommon in NYC. Lastly, don't expect for any pharmacy to roll out the red carpet because they work hard, but if you want a nice pharmacy that provides for its customers' needs, then go to CVS because they do a great job of making a difficult time easy. read more
