If a rx isn't ready when you're picking up others they won't mention it. They try to get you out. Rude and they are incompetent. It's embarrassing. It's happened on more than one occasion so it's their norm.

Her behavior made me feel racially profiled and spoken to in a degrading manner, as if I were unintelligent or beneath her. I have never experienced treatment like this at a pharmacy before. Customer care is clearly lacking, and the way I was treated made me question whether patients here are truly given respectful and appropriate care. I do not recommend this place to anyone. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or judged when seeking healthcare services. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.
