I called The Medicine Shoppe and Chris took my call. We spoke for 18 minutes discussing my medications and how they work. The conversation was interspersed with casual conversation as well, because Chris is a very personable guy. True, our conversation didn't need to be so long, but it just goes to show how much he enjoys talking with his customers and his level of dedication to making sure everyone understands their medication.

However, I recently utilized their photo department to order photo enlargements and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a handful of 4x6 and 8x10 photos to this specific Walgreens via online. When I arrived to pick them up, I was greeted by two employees before heading to the photo desk. Upon looking over my prints, 2 of my 4 8x10 prints were missing and many of my 4x6 prints had streaking in the middle of the images, which I know was not on the original photos themselves (see photos). When I asked about my missing prints, the associate found they had printed, just not been placed with my order. As for the 4x6 prints, she took my prints and appeared to reprint them but the streaks were still noticeable. She did not offer to clean the machine then reprint my images or offer a discount/refund for my streaky images. It appeared she was not familiar with the photo department's equipment. I will not be sending my photos enlargements to this Walgreens in the future.

Lately something has changed and they are rude Don't want to listen to you. And it's not a very pleasant experience I've had two strokes and be cancer. And it takes me a while to talk and get my thoughts in order. And they were rude and cut me off and the lady said can I talk now like I was not important at all. I transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens to orchard hills because I wanted to support a family business. But they don't feel like a family business anymore.
