Best store out of all the CVS's!! The store clean, well stocked and the pharmacy staff is awesome! They always go above and beyond.

The automated voice prompt is so not user friendly. Worst experience, just want to talk to real person

Hopefully, this is the CVS that as you exit you can see a stop n shop on a long strip mall.. So, let me just say, if I could give this place a zero, I would. Poorly run. Not enough help and a total cluster. Purchased 3 items. The self check out said one needed to be approved. Not sure why it needed to be approved. It was lotion. The light activated and my wife and I stood there for 10 minutes or more with no response for assistance. A grey haired lady with glasses was running the register, the only live body anywhere in sight as the line backed up 10 deep.. Where is the rest of the staff??????? One register????? One clerk??? I ended up leaving my purchase right at the check out register and walked out. I soon realized I should have gone to Walgreens up the road for a better customer service experience. How does a store get away with running a business in the busiest time of the year on Cape Cod over the July 4th weekend with one clerk and self checkouts that summon help for body cream. Stay away unless you want to get good and aggravated with such a poorly run business. Hire some people CVS.. This the busy season on the Cape.. I can understand this in February but not July the 6th.. read more

this is in regards to the South Yarmouth, MA CVS that does covid testing. My husband and I made our appointments and went to the CVS yesterday. We needed the test for travel. Time sensitive. Upon receipt of my results it stated that our tests, both of ours, were not able to be processed because the test tubes used had expired. I now have to make appointments for us at Logan Airport for tests tomorrow. At the cost of $200.00 a piece. You can be assured I will be taking my receipt to the CVS in South Yarmouth for reimbursement as it is entirely their fault because of the use of expired testing supplies. Don't test there. Be sure you ask about the expiration dates on their supplies. read more

Yesterday my mother and I were planning to have our flu shots. There was already a woman arguing with one of the workers named "Jennifer," because something was wrong with her order. Along with another man who apparently has been waiting for half an hour for his payment to go through. So my mother and I were patient as we waited for our own help. We were completely taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the employees. More specifically, the two blonde women that were behind the counter, one named Jennifer. After 30 minutes of waiting we asked if the man standing with Jennifer would help us and she told us he wasn't working. Just a man who stood and gossiped behind the counter for over an hour? Through the hour we saw these workers (1)stand around and loudly discuss how much they prefer one actor over another because of their attractiveness for minutes on end; (2)mixing up the drugs for our testings; (3) purposefully slam our papers in our faces saying that our information sent to them was wrong; and (4) snapping at us with her fingers to get out of the way (for no other customers present). I came in feeling empathetic for the workers because the customers weren't being kind, and left with a whole new understanding as to why. read more

It's CVS. So carries all that stuff that CVS carries. My beef with this place is the parking lot. It's right on 28 at Higgins Crowell Road. But it's this weird convoluted wY to get onto Higgins Crowell. So if you want to go East on 28, good luck since traffic at the light backs up and nobody is polite enough to let you turn. So you might as well drive to Hyannis. read more

They never have your prescriptions ready when they need to be or when they say.... Worst staff ever rude and never take the extra step to help you out! They should close this and the location on station ave they are the same exact way horrible if you really need something... Needed a prescription for my sick daughter they never awnsered the phone when i called for 2 hours then I went in and they said they are busy and it would be another hour, it was not until the next day... read more

My insurance required me to change to mail order but I hadn't received my prescriptions yet and was down the cape going without my prescription and the employee was great, called my insurance to try to get an over ride. The insurance wouldn't do it but the employee was great and followed through all the information to me read more

I moved from NH and had to transfer prescriptions from there. Kara was very accommodating and helpful on the phone as well as all of the other pharmacy and store staff !! I will continue to do business with them !! read more
