I hate hospitals, hate healthcare, hate getting anything checked really and I found that this place made the whole thing much better. I am officially with Dr. Doris Kramer(sp?) but I've never met her, just the nurse practitioner Laurie, who rocks my socks anyway. Everyone who I met was just so patient and polite. They were able to get me in on the days/times I needed and that was amazing too, especially with short notice. So if you've never been to the doctor or haven't been in awhile they will start you with a blood test and take a few vials of blood. Then if your blood comes back fine you'll just have a follow-up physical, which is easy peasy. I was very comfortable the whole time although I can't stand giving blood. Hoping to not have to do that again anytime soon. They also flushed my ears out which was really weird and awkward. I wouldn't do that again but at least the people who did it were pleasant. Ummm TMI? Whatever bye.

The nurse who took the culture test was extremely patient with me and my anxiety (I panic for the culture tests and tend to over react accidentally) but she was so polite and patient which helped me to relax. This is my go to place when I'm not feeling good.

Nothing broken, then sent me to the cardiology dept at the hospital for an ultrasound to make sure I didn't have any blood clots. No further instructions. I went to the hospital. No blood clots. No further instructions. It has been like living in hell since. This is Nov and my leg still hurts. Have had several visits but no mri till the end of October. I'm glad I don't have any heart disease. I'd be dead by now. The clinic people were fast and efficient and friendly but left me hanging. I was glad to find out I had no blood clots. Long story about delays, further testing and incompetence. I will be having KNEE REPLACEMENT in February, 2026!

Don't know where he went but you can tell the difference the moment you walk in. Lazy employees, food is terrible now half the time it's expired or somehow says it's not but looks it. I don't know what that April woman's job title is but not only have I seen her either fail or do things pathetically every single time I'm in there, but she is also the rudest employee I've encountered in any store ever. They have a very good selection of all kinds of vitamins, herbal/nutritional supplements and natural/holistic remedies, including a lot of vegetarian/vegan formulas. Also, a nice selection of natural soaps, deodorants and bath/hygiene products. They also signed me up for their rewards club and I received a coupon for next time. The gentleman who checked me out (possibly owner?) was nice and let me know about a $3 off manufacturer coupon that was taken off my purchase. Very nice store and will definitely be my go-to in Portsmouth for all things natural!
