It only offered a cancellation button and an estimated at the end of service when i had already placed the order, and i was in a rush which is why i did it online. The estimated time was 30 minutes, and when I tried to press the cancel button it said I can't because they were already working on my order, but when i went inside i was the very last order and they clearly weren't working on my food. Not to mention the sheetz was not busy in the moment. There could not have been more than ten people in the entire building. I had to leave the store without picking up my order, and on my app it said i still have a 20 minute wait left until my food was done. I was never able to cancel my order throughout the process and now ive lost $10 that could have used at a different location and bought more things with. If i could rate this sheetz a negative five, i would. This was by far the worst sheetz ive ever been to.
