Was on hold for over 15 minutes - no human answered to phone. Finally called the front of the store to ask if anyone is even in the pharmacy. She said yes and that they were closed yesterday due to a lack of a pharmacist... ?? She connected me back to the pharmacist where I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. No human will pick up the phone!! They have had my daughters prescription since yesterday and haven't even processed it yet. Ready to transfer her prescriptions somewhere else - thank god she doesn't have to start this medicine immediately.

I've had the same encounter with a pharmacy employee twice. I gave my info and shared what…read moremedication I was picking up. She said they didn't show I had a prescription to pick up and basically dismissed me. I showed her my phone and that I'd received a message that the script was ready. After taking her time to find it, she confirmed it was there. Never apologized nor took accountability for her poor customer service. A couple days later, same employee and a similar situation. This time, my doctor sent the script to a CVS out of state. I showed her my message and I wasn't aware it went to a different CVS. She comes back and says it was sent to a different CVS and again, attempted to dismiss me. I asked her to transfer the script to their store and fill the script. She did and it was ready in 10 minutes. What happed to customer service and attempting to find solutions to problems? I give grace to everyone working with the public, especially this time of year when everything is busy. The point is to slow down, be kind, be patient and provide excellent service. Their reviews are reflective of the poor service provided at this location. I haven't had issues with any employees at this location, with the exception of the aforementioned. CVS, you have some work and training to do with your employees.

What really impressed me, though, was how quickly and professionally the team resolved it. They took my concerns seriously, addressed the misunderstanding right away, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and respectfully. It's clear they care about both their patients and doing things the right way.
