It's usually occupied by chronic lottery buyers who are furiously scratching away in hopes of a big payout. The staff make no real effort to expedite the checkout process for those just looking to pay for something and leave. The selection of things you can actually buy is minimalist at best. I've been to gas stations that had more to offer. Unless you're in a hurry, you're better off going to something like 7-Eleven.
