The pharmacist employees are extremely rude every time for no reason. Perhaps it is not a fun job, but that is no reason to take it out on patients who simply need their medication. I have had to make SIX calls to this location for the past three days and hold the hand of the pharmacist to get her to do her job. I was promised my medication would be filled by a specific time and when I called to confirm, she told me the other pharmacist was wrong, the paperwork is wrong (even though I confirmed it multiple times leading up to today and my DR says the information she sent is correct. She raised her voice at me, refused to let me speak, told me I don't understand, kept saying I was wrong, and started speaking down to me until I hung up the phone. This is a totally unacceptable way to treat a patient when THEY made a mistake. I am leaving the country in four hours and do not have my medication!! read more

Do not buy gift cards from CVS. They sold us a $100 card to Lululemon and when we went to use it the card showed a zero balance. Neither CVS or Lululemon would refund us for our purchase. Basically robbed with zero accountability.I will never shop there again. read more

The pharmacy staff knows their business, though there are often lines when it re-opens after the lunch break. It often takes longer to get the medicine than I'd expect and/or that I have experienced in the CVS in Gainesvillle, FL where I was a customer for many years. It's time for CVS upper management to invest some money into this store. It needs to be better lit, have better flooring, be better staffed. It is very cluttered with seasonal, non-drug items in the aisles. There is often a long line to check out. It doesn't give the impression of being clean and well organized as a pharmacy should be. Staff is unprofessional, unapologetic, and behind schedule. 50 minute + wait to get a prescription for my 1 year old - I left before I got it, so it's unclear how long they actually took. When I arrived, I was told it would take 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, I inquired about the status and was told it would be another 20+ minutes. The people in the pharmacy are kind and helpful. The managers and the support staff members are skilled at finding products I need and in giving information about the products. Cvs branchville advertises on their website that they are open until 10:00pm on Sunday. I went to get meds at 9:30 pm and they were closed saying they have been closing at 9:00 for two years and although corporate knows of this they still advertise online that they close at 10:00. Complete waste of my time and disappointment. read more
