I have been coming here several times a week for years since I live nearby, and I'd like to thank Gulliver, Ginika, and Guap for truly always bringing a positive lift to my day. I remember a few months ago my mom went into Walgreens and saw Gulliver trying to help someone at the photo kiosk while also going back and forth to deal with a long line of customers by himself, as he was the only one there. She was like, "I have no idea how he is doing all that by himself." She was struck by how hard he was working to address everyone's needs - and how despite the obvious stressors and pressure of the situation, his attitude remained calm, positive and friendly to all. I recently observed a customer being and speaking extremely rudely to Ginika, and when I got to the counter, I told her she was my now my new role model for how to remain cool, calm and collected in such a situation. I told her I would not have been able to handle that with such grace and steadiness, and that that's why I had never lasted long in customer service. She just smiled gently and said something to the effect of, "You can't let it bother you; it's never about you." Anyway, I just wanted to write this belated THANK YOU to all of you for bringing a positive spin to my days, and for modeling for me how to be a better human lol! Seriously!! While I waited for my vaccines I noticed the pharmacy techs seems to take a genuine care/know many of the customers. To me this feels very out of the norm for a large chain pharmacy. They were asking about people's parents, following up with how people were feeling, and just in general caring about each customer. I only had to wait a few minutes each time for my vaccine. I also love how they do the $20 cash back here. Overall parking is super easy and they seem to have the most appointments open in the Raleigh area. I'll be back!

You could literally get everything within the hour but this Knightdale location is constantly plagued with delays, shortstaffed, unscheduled closings, long wait times to checkout inside the store in general, errors and confusiing mismatched text messages--like you get a message saying your prescription is ready but show up to a sign saying they are closed due not having a pharmacist or a sign saying you have to come inside because the drive thru window is closed due to having low staff. There is always a delay on meds and at least two day waits. They will literally keep you on hold forever, keep picking up line only to disconnect you so you have to start over again. You can have an appointment for shots and still get seen 30 mins later. I am not sure why they remain open with such short staffing issues. I complained to corporate and didnt even get a email response or phone call. I am currently researching what pharmacy gets good reviews in the county so I can transfer all my meds because its so exhausting.

She gave me the filthiest look ever, started blatantly looking me up and down, laughing and speaking really nasty about me in Georgian. If a manager is reading, the time of incident was between 4:05 and 4:15pm on 8 June 2021. Hopefully you had a CCTV record this unprofessional and rude delight.
