Slowest pharmacy I've ever (had to) gone to. There is no sense of urgency to keep the line moving or get you moving in the drive thru. This is why I get my prescriptions shipped unless they must be picked up. Don't come if you have somewhere to be. read more

Unfortunately, my CVS did not have any covid testing appointments so I scheduled an appointment at this one. I got in the Pharmacy line at 2:21 and I reached the window at 2:34. I told her why I was there and gave her my name when asked. She didn't say anything after that. I asked if she needed my name spelling or the confirmation code and she said no. She proceeded to continue typing on the computer and not say another word to me. 2:50, I break the silence and ask if there is an issue and all she says is yes there is. I'm currently typing this at 3:06 and still haven't been addressed yet. I am a patient person but it quite frustrating to be given no information and basically ignored. I would suggest at the very least informing the patient what the issue is which would then give them the opportunity to choose to stay or come back later. Luckily, another lady came while the original simply walked away (still without addressing me) so I hit the call button to chat with the new attendant to find out the issue. I also mentioned how it would have been nice to be informed, she apologized. She gave me test at 3:10 and I was done at 3:14. So this is my pharmacy of choice. Mostly because when I use to coupon they had the best deals. Seriously, they had a good coupon policy the last time I shopped there. I saw this as a disclaimer because now I just run in and pick-up prescriptions. I realize they may have changed the policy since I was last shopping here. I like the pharmacy better than the other competitors. I think Cvs is better stocked with odds and ends and there prices are better also. If I ha e a choice and CVS is an option I will go there. read more

Dropped off a prescription at 8:00 am and let them know I would be back in the evening to pick it up. I arrived at 6:45 pm and it was not ready! I waited over 30 minutes for someone to assist me and provide the prescription and no one did. I left the pharmacy with no prescription. I would not recommend this pharmacy. read more

Pharmacy staff was awful. Refused to put flavor in my babies medicine. I offered to pay. They just didn't want to take the time. Went to Walgreens and had no issue. I will never go to CVS again. Disappointing you could help, but choose not to. read more
