I had prescriptions I needed to pick up from the Emergency Room today, and CVS pharmacy was just randomly closed for an entire day, when they should have been open 12-5. I'm sure this was due to staffing, but it creates a huge headache for people that really need to get meds in a timely fashion. Way to put customers first! This place is actual a joke to all pharmacies. They go on "lunch break" for over an hour and when the pharmacy is supposed to re open at 2 they don't even make it back to the building till 2:06 and don't start actually helping people till 2:10. They have three people working but only one person will actually do their job and give out prescriptions. This pharmacy is ridiculous 0/10 will be sending my prescriptions to Christiansburg even thought it's a further drive, the amount of time I spend at this pharmacy to pick up a prescription took 25minutes. This pharmacy is the worse place I have ever dealt with. The workers are rude as hell and very unprofessional. It takes forever to get your meds filled here. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I am switching pharmacy's just as soon as I can. I will never deal with Radford CVS again... Plus they can't keep people hired there. I went to the minute clinic and they told me that I would have to pay for all of the stuff they do because they couldn't accept my insurance off a dang picture how stupid are medical staff nowadays. This can shove something so far up their ass they are feeling the pain that I am feeling because I went to the doctor expecting to feel better. This pharmacy is incredibly slow and unprofessional. I am currently dealing with kidney stones and it took them 3.5 hours longer than they told me to get my pain killers. They told me at 12 it would take them 45 minutes. It is now 4:45 and they are finally ready. Called multiple times and they kept saying 45 minutes. it's a good thing that me taking my meds every day is not a matter of life or death, or this pharmacy would have killed me. Seriously. I've been taking the same medication for almost three years, and they have yet to have it ready for me to pick up on time. it is consistently 3-5 days late, every single month. If your meds are responsible for keeping you alive, i absolutely wouldn't trust this cvs to fill them for you. Also, some of the pharmacists have been very rude. simply because of the crap customer service and lack of effort from the pharmacy i would give it 0 stars if i could. I get my meds here all the time love this place but the service is a little slow but all over good they always have what I'm looking for

The pharmacy here is absolute trash. I have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism from this place. I have an ear infection so the nurse looked in my ear and told me he couldn't see my ear drum because of the buildup of wax. The "nurse practitioner" then proceeded to tell me that he didn't want to clean out my ears to get a better look because he doesn't like doing that kind of stuff. So without even getting a proper look at my ear he prescribed me ear drops. When the pharmacy called my name up to the front they proceeded to tell me my insurance rejected pharmacies (which is true I get all of my medications mailed to me) and they couldn't fill my prescription. So, I asked if they could please have the doctor send it through to express scripts to get it filled online and through the mail. Instead of helping me she was so extremely rude and condescending. She made me feel so small and vulnerable that I had to walk away before I started crying in the store. She spoke so loud to surely embarrass me and when I asked her what I should do all she would say was "I don't know what to tell you. Tough luck". I have never been so embarrassed. At the least, I would expect professionalism and compassion. Instead, I got rudeness and anger. I will never come here ever again and I will make sure all of my friends and family never do either. read more

This CVS is probably the rudest CVS I have ever had to deal with. Everytime I have to pick up my prescriptions I always have to deal with the worst attitudes from the pharmacy staff. My CVS back home is always nice and never has an attitude. It honestly makes me want to go find somewhere else to get my medications. read more
