Outrageous! Incompetence at its best! I have never in all my life seen such a horrific pharmacy! This place should be closed down. I've been waiting over a week for a prescription. First they claimed they never received it via electronic transfer. I was told they would contact the pharmacy that it was transferred from and get a verbal confirmation since I very much needed the medication. And they would give me a call when it was ready. That was days ago. Of course they never called. They never did anything. I had to recall the doctor and get it resent over. I can see why this place has one star they should be zero stars. It's absolutely horrendous service!! by far. This is the worst PHARMACY I have ever encountered. They should be put out of business. It's so bad you're dealing with people's medicine. Made an online appointment for a vaccine. Confirmation email said to "go to the pharmacy counter when you arrive" but neglected to mention WHICH (pickup or drop off). Waited in line on the Drop Off side for 15 minutes and while I was waiting, I read through several emails. Then I saw an email from CVS saying my appointment was canceled. It was my turn and the clerk disappeared for another several minutes, then when I finally got to talk to her she said I could still get the shot tonight. But now I'm waiting in the *other* line and no closer to getting the shot that I had taken the time to schedule. What is the point of making a reservation? I've waited another 10 minutes now and it's clear I won't get to the front of this line for at least 15 minutes. read more

I realize the area has a huge population who require prescriptions filled asap but it is detrimental to have to wait hours or days for a prescription . Have had issues with the automated system also which has notified me of prescriptions when they actually were not ready. read more

People are so rude here, not only was I hung up on the first time I waited 25 minutes, but I've been on hold with this pharmacy for 45 MINUTES AND COUNTING NOW!! Can't give zero stars. It's nearly impossible to speak with ANYONE. Been on hold for over 15 minutes. Prescription sent in by MD does not match what the CVS website states is ready. If there was an option for zero star rating, that would be too high. Over the last day, I've had several issues with this pharmacy that all started when our dr sent the wrong prescription in. I was on the phone twice with CVS working through the issue. Thinking is was resolved my husband went to pick up the right one. I had to call a 3rd time. The pharmacy tech "Max" came on the phone. When I started to tell him the issue he interrupted me saying "he knew what it was and I was NOT to interrupt him". Unbelievable. I cannot believe they would allow someone to speak to customers this way. He refused to listed. He had no idea what the hell the issue was. Difficult to get in touch with on the phone. I was looking for a pharmacy that prescribes Paxlovid, as I have Covid. (The laws changed in July so that they can do it now. I finally found at Walmart pharmacy does.) CVS hasn't gotten the OK to do it. She was all over the place and called Multiple names at once then got very rude and impolite when we were questioning her. She was dressed unprofessional and seemed very disheveled. I would leave a zero if I could. I've always had CVS as my pharmacy for my prescriptions when I lived in NY and never had an issue. This pharmacy on the other hand is the worst CVS I've ever dealt with as far as getting your prescription filled. They never pick up the phone when you call to find out prescription status. I actually got lucky and had someone pick up the phone and they put me on hold then transfers me to the pharmacy. I then was placed on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. In total that one day I waited over an hour and no one ever picked up. Avoid this pharmacy for prescriptions at all cost. read more

I would normally am very understanding that a pharmacy is busy and I have no problem waiting because I know that sometimes a prescription needs to be filled quickly. I am ok with that. I had a surgery and turned in a prescription only way home from the hospital for pain management. They had 3 hours before my next dose which I relayed to them. Then I found out they are giving the COVID vaccine on top of filling prescriptions. My prescription has to be filled by the pharmacist not a tech. The COVID must be administered by the pharmacist too. You planned very poorly if you can't take care of urgent prescriptions. It's been 4 hours and I called they said at least another 40 minutes which if I know pharmacy terms it's going to be at least an hour and a half. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because you obviously have more work than people. Unacceptable! read more

this is the WORST pharmacy in florida. Techs with droopy drawers literally combing through piles and piles of wrinkled up Rx bags trying to find your prescription. Cvs and Walgreens are in a race for the worst pharmacies with rude Incompetent employees. At the moment CVS is the worst. One of their Stellar pharmacist refused to transfer my sons meds after windixie closed(great pharmacy/wonderful pharmacist). He said he couldn't do it. I said yes I've done it before. The woman at Walgreens said just call her she would Transfer the script as cvs accepts his insurance. I finally said let's be honest you just don't want to because it's extra work. He said yes I don't want to do it and I'm not going to do it. I asked his name he said Chris. I asked his last name he hung up on me. I went to the store to speak to Chris face to face and turns out Chris is on vacation. The horrible rude man's name is Jimmy. Chris is his boss. When I asked Jimmy's last name he flipped his name badge. I called corporate, I heard nothing back from them. I called again they said it was handled internally. I told them this is why your pharmacist treat their patients so terribly is because they know absolutely nothing will happen to them. She refused to give the district managers phone number. I told them thanks to you I had to spend over 100 dollars I don't really have to get the meds my 7 yr old son needed. I'm amazed someone so rude could do what this man did lying refusing to do his job and being so nasty to a customer, and still have a job. If someone treated you like that a Chick fil a they would be fired. I'm looking for a neighborhood pharmacy. Unfortunately cvs and Walgreens puts them out of business. By far the worst experience trying to pick up a prescription every single time. I always wait in line at least 20 mins. This last time, I waited in line with 2 cars ahead of me for 20 mins. When I told her I had new insurance, she asked me to loop around and go to the back of the line. There were now 5 cars ahead of me in line. I would have just left, but she walked away with my insurance card. I tried previously to scan my new insurance card into the app, as the FAQs state you can, so that I wouldn't hold up their line, knowing how slow this store is. There was no option to input insurance info on the app. I spent 45 minutes picking up 2 meds. They have also misfilled a script in the past. I'm moving my family's prescriptions to another store. read more

I'm never a fan of cvs pharmacies. This one included. I am personally a pharmacist at an independent family owned and run pharmacy (who used to work for Duane reade in midtown Manhattan) and so I know very well the way that a pharmacy CAN run, compared to how chain pharmacies CHOOSE to run. Unreasonable wait times, poor communication with customers, an unwillingness to go above and beyond to assist customers in a bind... I could go on. WARNING! Worst pharmacy ever! If I could give this place no stars, I would but I'll settle for one. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If you decide to pick your medicine up at this place be ready for at least a two hour wait. And you might not even get your medicine that day because They will tell you that it's not ready yet or it will be ready in 30 minutes. This location needs to train their cashiers to have some with-itness. After realizing this location didn't carry Flaxseed oil, I went to the front to ask the cashier about it. While waiting at the front of the line at the stop that was clearly marked, I saw the cashier on the phone talking to someone while folding up cardboard.. She didn't even acknowledge my existence. Then, a group of laughing young men rudely cut in front of me and went to the cashier who had just hung up the phone and served them immediately. My first instinct was to put them all in their place but then I realized that I was not in my classroom with a bunch of rude children. I will not return to this CVS location. We only deal with this CVS on occasion because our health plan is CVS Caremark. The few times we have use this pharmacy we got misinformation about our insurance coverage and cost of the medications we are on. I suggest NEVER believe anyone at the pharmacy about your coverage. Should I even mention that all the items in their retail store is 20-40% cheaper a block away at WalMart? read more

Minute Clinic is AWFUL!!!! I made an appointment and a walk-in went in before me. I waited over an hour. Horrible

I would not even give the minute clinic any stars at all! Horrible costumer service! After making me wait for over 30 minutes with a sick toddler just to get his ears rechecked, the horrible nurse told me that she couldn't see him because he wasn't quite 2 yet. She knew this and came out several times to get other patients and never said anything until after a sick baby waited for over a half hour in pain! Worst costumer service ever! Responded to a text offer to save money by transitioning a 30 day script to 90 days. Accepted offer. Went in to pu script and was told they only had a 30 day script ready. When i informed pharmacist of discrepancy, i was told they did not have enough product to fill at 90 days. I then accepted the 30 day supply. I was told order had to be "reprocessed" even though she had it in hand, and i would have to go back on line and wait . ( line was 6 customers long) I decided to come back later since i had a car full of groceries to put away. Received a pu text an hr later. After waiting 10 minutes on drive thru lane i was told script was "lost" and i should drive around building and wait on line for them to find and process order again. I refused. They then sent a "heavy hitter" who basically told me that she could care less if i complained and "so what" if they lost script. This is not only a serious CS issue but it speaks to a serious Inventory control problem. How do you "lose" a script that two hours ago was packaged and ready to go. And where do you get off telling a paying customer who has been patiently waiting on line "my bad" just go back and wait some more. not once but twice!! I tried filing a complaint with corporate but it was an exercise in futility. They were more interested in verifying my information several times over rather than actually taking my complaint. State of Fl site is of no use for filing complaints against pharmacies and St Lucie county has no Consumer affair dept. This is how they treat a customer of over 40 years both in NY and Fl. SHAME on You CVS! I will never purchase as much as a candy bar from your establishment again! You don't treat loyal paying customers like this! read more
