7-16-24 Ok came to CVS specifically for these nose treatment strips that my husband found and loves. You can only get them here. Now mind you I never go to CVS anymore. So while I was waiting in line to check out I had three options. First an actual human sales associate at a register. Second self check out credit or debit card only Third self check out cash. I chose option number three as I needed change of a twenty dollar bill. But than once there I realized it would take all my excess change too. I had over two dollars worth of change mostly pennies. No worries I didn't hold up the line and it was late morning on a Tuesday. Thanks CVS for carrying my husband's item and also assisting me in cleaning out my purse. lol. read more

The staff is extremely rude and not willing to help. They were supposed to place my prescription on the Medicare payment plan as they have done in the past however now they are saying it's the insurance company that does this. I paid out of pocket I was on the phone with Medicare and the clerk at CVS and now they are also marked with Medicare as rude and not of any help. Please hire better clerks before losing more business. I am definitely moving mine! They also got the prescription incorrect and the doctor had to send another one over. read more

I recently had my Flu and COVID at this location, my technician was Ailani. She was great! She was professional, personable, respectful, courteous, and competent. I barely felt the shot and had no pain later. I highly recommend her and CVS Pharmacy for your vaccines. I would suggest that they not continue to be oblivious to the sanitation of the area surrounding customers receiving services. In this day of hypersensitivity to infections the area was less than stellar. This diminished my confidence a bit. But it is an easily corrected issue. read more

Huge fan of this location! Left the doctor's office with my baby on Friday evening needing 2 prescriptions asap. Headed to CVS drive thru where I was 4th in line on a Friday evening at 5pm. Got the text they had been received by the pharmacy with an estimated pick up of 7:18pm. Having a 6 month old that's sick, that was not a great time for us. Requested a rush in the app and when I was 2nd in line, I got the text that they were ready. Go CVS pharmacy drive thru!!! Baby is on the road to recovery thanks to your prompt response! read more

I'd give 0/5 stars if I could. They requested a refill of my medication on my behalf (that I didn't need) and when I messaged them on the portal to let them know I didn't initiate that, they called me and the first thing out of their mouth was "what do you want". I was so taken aback because I just wanted to make sure they stopped reaching out to my doctor. I told them what happened and answering the phone like that is unprofessional and rude and not justified at this point. They got more aggressive and responded "no we didn't. Only you can do that and you must've pressed something." Mind you I haven't been on the patient portal in months so I couldn't have. I was there at their location the other day to pick up a new prescription a doctor ordered but I never asked about the other and it's not an automatic refill. Seeing that I still have a few left, there would have been no reason for me to do so. Their response? "I guess I made a mistake because I shouldn't have bothered calling you" and hung up. This location needs a serious restructuring. While I was there the other day, this elderly lady was given the run around and told to wait an hour for her prescription only for them to tell her after an hour that it's actually not a prescription item and she can find it on isle 7. She made a comment to them asking why they wouldn't have told her that and it's not okay that they made her wait over an hour to be told that and the pharmacy tech looked her dead in the eyes and called the next person (me) up to the counter completely dismissing her. read more

So now you can't even reach an associate. You call and they say leave a message and someone will get back to you. I need to find a different pharmacy. It takes them too long to fill prescriptions. Then they take lunch ( as opposed to staggered lunches so someone is able to hand out filled prescriptions). It is time to find a better pharmacy. read more

The customer service really leaves a lot to be desired. Without going into all the detail I will simply say it is really a roll of the dice of who is on duty as to how your experience will go. Unfortunately it seems to Vegas odds and so you have a very low potential of drawing a pleasant experience. If possible I would recommend going to another location with more pleasant staff. read more

Considering my last review was only 1 star, I'm glad I can finally leave more this time. A big thank you to the pharmacist and pharmacy tech that worked the drive thru this morning, 6/9. This was the FIRST time in the year I have been getting my prescriptions filled here that I have had a good experience. The pharmacy tech(young woman with blonde hair, very sweet) was knowledgeable and the pharmacist, (tall male with a nice sleeve) was VERY helpful and answered all my questions, even the ones that seemed ridiculous. So, my wife and I just rang up our products at CVS, Pooler, Georgia, while some 28 year old white female kid sporting some kind of head garment wrapped around her hair and a lazy attitude refused to help us. The scanner simply would not scan an item, and after asking her for help she implied with her above thou attitude that we had not placed the last item in the bagging area, which we clearly had. But rather than moving her body over to solve the issue that was clearly a scanning issue, she stood back playing on her phone... or the CVS phone. Horrible attitude. The child is so out of her league standing there with my wife and I, yet she acted as if she was above helping two professionals 2.5 times her age and FAR her intellectual, personal, and professional superior. She stood there playing on her phone, as the scanner finally began to work correctly. This girl needs an attitude adjustment. Remember, we aren't the 28 year old working for peanuts at CVS while still living with mommy and daddy. She is! And in fact, we were DOING HER JOB!! 11/13/2023 Urgent care sent a prescription over at 7:37 pm to CVS on Pooler Pkwy and at 7:52 pm the pharmacy tech says she doesn't see the prescription. I ask for the pharmacist and he checks the computer also and says he doesn't see it. I call Urgent Care and they confirmed it was sent at 7:37 pm. Urgent Care stated "CVS probably don't want to fill the prescription because they close at 8pm, we usually have problems with them when they're about to close." I'm extremely disappointed with CVS Pharmacy on Pooler Parkway and will not patronize at this location again. I do not believe they didn't see it. They didn't care that I needed my medication and literally told me Publix Pharmacy closes at 9pm. From now on Publix or another pharmacy can get the business CVS was getting! I guess they don't think they could go out of business, better ask Eckerds and Rite-Aid! read more

The Customer Service used to be fantastic at this pharmacy location but has really gone downhill in the last few months. Most, but not all employees need to work on their customer service skills. Also, they are out of a few prescriptions I have to have every month and they don't seem to care. I understand that they can't control the manufacturer is experiencing a shortage right now. I called to express my concerns and neither did I get an apology just the callous comment of "I can't make a prescription appear". This type of service is unacceptable and quite rude. They need to do better than this or they will lose customers. I understand the 2.7 rating they receive now. How you will be treated really depends on who working. Some of the ladies here are nice and some show signs of being prejudice. For example, i've noticed that some of my friends who are black tend to encounter a worker who consistently stops whatever she's doing to stand by them when they are scanning their items in the self check out. Some of them make it a point to watch their black guests who are checking out more intently. I'm all about treating everyone fairly and I just can't stand to see others being made to feel less than read more

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I expect good customer service from cvs pharmacists. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacist Rhula is rude and disrespectful to customers. I would recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere. This location of CVS lacks care, compassion and especially service. I know last year they had a lot of growing pains being new to the area, however with some patience I have come to like this pharmacy and it's staff. Rula is personable and caring as are most of the techs. They do get stressed during typical "rush" hours but it isn't like they aren't doing the best they can. I am not sure adding more people is the answer either because they would be walking all over each other. They are just busy most of the time. Walmart waits are much worse. The only thing I wish they would do is call when there is an issue with a prescription instead of finding out after the fact. read more

This pharmacy has the worst staff and customer service I've ever dealt with. I'd rather go back to the one in Port Wentworth. The pharmacist blames the staff because they're new but she isn't any better. Brand new pharmacy and could've gotten better staff. read more
