I also appreciate the fair return policy, if something is wrong they refund your money and also you can replace the item. They don't give you any grief if you need to return something like Giant Eagle. They have certainly expanded their selection and the quality has always been good. The only issue is that the items come and go just like Trader Joe's. I love the hummus chips that pop up every once in a while, but then they go away quickly. I have always loved the fact that they never use plastic bags, which is very sustainable. It is very good to have them in the neighborhood. Please note: if you park out in the front you will not be able to transport your groceries in a cart out to your car. The store is wired so that the cart gets locked up if you try to leave out of the front door. This can suck if the back parking lot is full.

The selection of products is smaller than what many other grocery stores offer, and the prices are low to moderate. My husband and I shopped at this ALDI in the South Side one time. We saw a decent variety of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, eggs, meats, seafoods, snacks, pantry items, beverages, and other products. My husband commented that the chicken cost less than the chicken at other grocery stores. We purchased several snack foods and beverages for a stay in a nearby hotel. The cashier performed their job well. We did not have to wait in line for long, and the transaction had no errors.

Situated on Murray Avenue, this pharmacy has been a convenient stop for my family's needs, especially when it comes to grabbing essentials for my children. I recall a time when my son was feeling under the weather, and I needed to get him some Gatorade and cough drops. I quickly made my way to the Rite Aid, assuming they would have the items I needed. However, as I stepped inside, I noticed that the store seemed a bit lackluster compared to its usual appearance. The shelves weren't fully stocked, and there was an air of disorganization that I hadn't experienced during my previous visits. Rite Aid drugstores filed for bankruptcy 10 months ago. Since that time, stores have been closing at a rapid rate and many that are still open are filled with empty shelves. So some of the issues here are expected.  Navigating through the aisles, I eventually found the Gatorade and but not the cough drops that I was looking for. The checkout process was smooth, but I couldn't help but wonder about the store's current state. It appeared that the Rite Aid was going through some issues.  This Rite Aide is in my daughter's neighborhood and I usually stop in here on my visits to Pittsburgh. This time I needed to get some Gatorade for #1 son and some cough drops as he was coming down with sniffles on my last day of our visit.  Bottom line: It's close and convenient for both my kids and I hope this Rite Aide survivestheor difficulties and can come back to their previous conditions.

Over the last two months or so, they've begins switching out for full 7-Eleven gear inside, and now the signs outside even (halfway) match. So I guess it's a 7-Eleven now. It's got all of your usual 7-Eleven goodies -- hot coffee, donuts, pizza slices, a lunch cooler. This location even offers taquitos (do other 7-Elevens do this?? I don't know). They have a good selection of drinks, snacks, and some food items, most of which are a better price than the CVS down the street. Not THAT much better (an employee tried to tell me once that the $7.99 DiGiorno pizza I had picked up at CVS was only $4 in their cooler, which was not true -- it was $6.99 ‍), but still better. I mostly use this gas station for slushees. 7-Eleven has replaced Sunoco's pineapple slushee with Mountain Dew, which is great. They also still have Coca Cola, Cherry, and Blue (possibly blue raspberry, but definitely Blue). Delicious and refreshing as long as you drink them before they melt into a pool of radioactive-looking syrup at the bottom of your Big Gulp cup, as most slushees are. Staff seems friendly and every time I've stopped in they've been wearing masks, so I have no complaints. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Barely got enough out of the one to fill my cup, and I was treated to the worst tasting, coffee-ground-laden coffee I've had in a while. The seasonal pumpkin and French vanilla were empty, but I was told that they don't have those in the morning. Coffee is a staple in the morning for convenience stores...this one doesn't seem to get that.

This is the phone robot of a retail store, not my credit card company. In fact, even if you do enter the information, you do not get to speak to anyone. You have to leave a message? So I left a message asking if my UPMC insurance works for their pharmacy and how much it would be without insurance if they don't "before I drive all the way to this location." (It was the holiday and so many pharmacies have to be open in so much of a radius, so my normal spots were not open.) I got a call an hour later (that went straight to voicemail somehow). All the message said was "yes, we're open until 6 p.m." Yes, what? I never even asked what time they were open? What kind of response is this? It didn't answer my questions. Guess what? Not only does UPMC NOT work at CVS, but no one told me they had a lunch break. So I drive 20 minutes sick and end up having to wait 15 minutes in the store. All they had to say for their message was "the clerk must not have known." Wow. What kind of healthcare is this? Good grief. I will never go to a CVS, even if it's the last drug store on Earth. Holiday or not, these are people we are trusting with our lives. Scary.

Paper bags at each kiosk are helpful too. Plus, their front automatic doors have been out of service for a while now. This CVS is falling apart. Finally, they need to restock on a lot of items inside. The only positive is the parking lot. If one side is full, you can parallel park on the other side, still within the lot.
