First they said it would be ready for pick up in a few days, then it needed my doctor to renew the prescription, then they needed the insurance approval. These were all text messages, they won't talk to you on the phone they send text messages. I called my insurance company and my doctor and everything was taken care of. I went into the cvs to find out what was going on and found out they were working with the wrong insurance information. Once they corrected that then they told me they didn't have my prescription in house. I asked if they could get it from another store and they said no. I was so disgusted, but I didn't say a word. I transferred my prescription to Publix. By the time I got home Publix called and said CVS told them they had the prescription and wanted them to let me know they had it ready. I said no, not going back to CVS. Publix had my prescription ready by the end of the day.
