This is only for the pictures but the customer service was amazing. I printed something like 60 pictures today. And the young lady behind the counter was super helpful. She legit felt bad I had to wait for 15 minutes. This was fine, I had plenty of time. My daughter got this cool picture holder for her birthday. So I decided that we FINALLY need to print some pictures plus there were some I wanted in my office. Off to Walgreens. They make it so easy. Print them and make a mug or a magnet. Pharmacy is extremely slow!! They have a lot of help but.... Just coming from the ER for a serious situation. Informed the pharmacist when asked for my name-- just coming from ER -- Hughston Clinic called in prescriptions. I was informed the prescriptions were not ready. I said I had to wait. After an hour and 15 minutes-- prescriptions were finally ready. No attempt to expedite things. Other pharmacies have expedited for apparent, suffering patrons just to get people some relief! Especially since we were from out of town. Observing others coming in for routine refills-- things aren't much different for others. Very sad. It's a busy place (the outdoor drive up was 8 deep upon our arrival) and obviously they do not care if you go some place else to get your prescriptions filled. read more

I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. I have had all types of delays and reasons why my refills were not ready as promissed even though I signed up for the auto refill and notification via text. I was told their system was old and needed updating; personally, it needs to be monitored closer. When a company states they will contact the physician for you when you run out of refills, you expect that to occur. I just had the pharmacist " Walter" ( "You do not need to know my last name.") yell across the pharmacy that it is my responsibility to ensure that they (Wagreens) has the right number. I informed him this was not my responsibility to check their numbers. Sad how supposivily professionals in charge of our medical needs/medications who we need to have sympathy and understanding can only show contempt towards anyone who questions them. This is a sign of the times where people have no pride in the work that they do or the character that they display. Only one employee in the pharmacy was very helpful and truly helpful. They previous pharmacist transferred or left for probably good reasons; poor work environment. He was professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and all the characteristics that the current pharmacist should aspire to become. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! Dropped off my prescription here, was told it would be an hour wait, returned after 30 minutes to check on them and they said "30 more minutes." Left and got a coffee and returned 30 mins later just to find out although I waited the time I was asked, they don't carry one of the steroid cremes I was prescribed and I was told they had to order it. They could have told me this when I checked in and asked about the prescriptions I have a sever poison ivy allergy and went to the ER the night before because I had trouble breathing so I needed the oral steroids and steroid creme. I was very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism displayed. I went to get medication for my child who is ill. I waited almost an hour in line and was told that my child's antibiotics and nausea med will not be ready until tomorrow morning some time! move your vehicle. my son received his prescription from the doctor at 3:30 pm. this is just ridiculous. it does take nearly a day to fill a script for that stuff. I attempted to call to see if I can get the script transferred and have been the first person in line on the Hold Que for 30 minute. This is my last time ever using them. This place never have my prescription they have to order it all the time and that's just not convenient for me. I would like my experience to be when my doctor send them the prescription I call the pharmacy to see if they got it and I come up there and pick it up my medication is very common and there's no reason why every single time my doctor send the prescription to the pharmacy they have to order which takes a week read more

The best part about this place is the location. They're not easy to get in & out of, with the entrance/s being behind the building, but they're more convenient than having to fight the traffic down by Columbus Park Crossing. read more

My Wife and I shop here a lot. Both of us use this particular pharmacy for our prescriptions. The Store itself is great. Staff is professional and very helpful. Have always found what we are looking for. The Pharmacy is a total turnoff. Rude, loud talking females employees. Quick to jump to a conclusion instead of listening or asking. Classes in Interpersonal Relations probably would aid this. For this reason I would highly suggest using other Pharmacies. read more
