This Sephora is the worst I've been to. A year ago I would have rated it 2 stars now it's 1. They never have the shades in stock. Also the Fenty foundation package ( box) was so messy. I still got it because it was the last one and I needed it. The associates have no clue about matching your shades. I've wasted so much $$$ buying the wrong colors. read more

Im giving it a 4 due to wishing it was a bigger store, with more product selections. The most popular brands Makeup Forever, Stila, Kat Von, NARS, Sephora, etc are at this location. Customer service is great, just would love for this location to have a bigger space for more selections. read more

This Sephora fully disappointed me. We walked in hoping to have a pleasant time trying and buying different makeup. This store is kinda small. They don't let you sit in the chairs unless you have an appointment or want to pay $50 for a makeover. It's awkward to talk to a salesperson who has no clue how to use and sell items using the matching app. Could you imagine standing while someone is putting makeup on your face. Our the salesperson telling you to follow her around... At other Sephoras they color match then go get a bunch of different samples for you to try based on what you are looking for. This store lacks in all aspects. I might as well have been the freaking salesperson. read more

Horrible lighting especially for a cosmetics store. As a result I have purchased foundations that do not match and then had to return them, which is always an issue. "maybe you can use it in the summer when you get tan. " Service is always horrible. All but once, has the staff made me feel like a burden. I've even had a sales person leave the middle of a foundation match to assist others when the store was relatively empty. I only go at this point to test product that I will buy online. I found a product on Sephora's website that I had been wanting to try for months. I decided to go to this location. I walked around for about 15 min without any assistance. There were only 2 associates working, one was on the phone and the other was checking out a customer. Let me say this...the associate on the phone call was work related, so I wasn't bothered by that because she did acknowledge me. The other rep wrapped up her transaction with a customer and said "Hi, how can I help you" She was very knowledgeable to what I wanted and was able to tell me they did not carry that product. However, she did not tell me I could order online. She let me leave the store without a clue of where to find that product. If I had not previously saw the product online I would have not known how to obtain it. In my opinion an absolute "no we don't have that product in store, but you can go on line an order it", would have given me a better experience and willingness to come back to this location. Although, this is a small store, more employees are needed to help customers. When I go north Columbus to another popular makeup retailer, I walk in to a welcoming environment with employees eager to help me find what I need quickly. Sephora should hire a few part-time employees, at least on midday Friday and Saturday. read more
