I moved to Peachtree City from Newnan and wanted to move my pharmacy as well. I have a prescription on file that I ask for every month. I have been in and asked procedure to move my prescriptions from Newnan. The answer was simply, "Give us a call when you are ready to move them". I called this morning and after waiting for five minutes on hold, got a flat "No, we can't do that". I hate having to use CVS anyway, but insurance makes me. My family and I have been coming here am for a long time. The past 3 months when I drop off my prescriptions and everything other pharmacy in the country would let you wait on your meds. They tell me they can't have it ready until the next day??? What I'm glad I'm not dying and I always have a few extra. This is absolutely terrible service. I dropped my scripts off at 3:30pm and was told to come back at 10am the next day. I go here because our prescription plan prefers CVS. I promise the next time I go in and have to wait a DAY to get my meds I won't be back. I understand a few hours. That's reasonable but this is absolutely unacceptable. What happened to this place??? I was a longtime pharmacy customer. They used to be fabulous. Efficient and friendly. They even gave my dog treats at the drive-through. I hadn't gotten a prescription for several months and then went back this past week. The drive-through was closed. When I went inside the line to pick up prescriptions was 20 deep. The excuse for the drive-through not being open was that they were shorthanded. Are you kidding me? There were two girls behind the counter. Why can't one man the drive-through??? I was told by a fellow customer waiting in line that this is the trend here now. Goodbye CVS. Hello, Walgreens. If you are a senior citizen, avoid this place like the plague. Horrible pharmacy drive/thru wait time. I was behind only one car for 40 minutes. Get to the window to be ignored for another 15 even after pushing help button. Once greeted by a smug tech who says, " really.. are you serious?" When I express how I waited that long. 5 cars behind me left before I even made it to the window. Lost me as a customer and need to get customer service and wait times under new management. read more

I am not sure what has happened at the CVS on Lexington. We have been using this store for years and now the service has gone into the dumpster. All the employees that worked in the pharmacy seem to have been relocated to another store and the new employees seem to be operating without any kind of leadership. My wife and I both spent over 30 minutes the last two day just trying to pick up prescriptions. It seems to be a real leadership and staffing issue. Everyone in line seems to be having issues. I hate to see this store go this route, but I will be looking for another pharmacy. Hard to believe it was so good and now so bad. I miss Candy and the pharmacists that were there. read more

My sister has a medical condition that prevents her from wearing a mask. She has been in this CVS multiple times without a mask. She goes in grabs what she needs and leaves. Yesterday this was an issue. A lady immediately stopped her and said she was not allowed to enter. The employee was very rude when my sister tried to explain, she informed her she didn't want to hear it. My sister popped off since it's a vaccine site, if you got the vaccine why are you freaked out that I am not wear one if it works? She had nothing to say. ‍‍ what in heck is this world coming too?? No problem. I'm able to get my prescriptions at the drive through and they are always great about pulling up my GoodRx account info to save money. I have also enjoyed getting the 1/2 price Easter stuffed animals.. the coupons on the receipt are a plus. read more

An entire row of product shelved incorrectly by staff with a sale sticker and price isn't honored. On top of that she was extremely rude and basically told me I was wrong and that it's not their fault things aren't in the right place... it's almost laughable. She didn't even go to the shelf to check until I walked back there to show her. Isn't it part of the job - to put things in the right place and tag them correctly? So regardless of what's the shelf or what the price tag is - they can just charge whatever because they just put things on the shelves. I guess we should just be grateful there are items to purchase in the first place. read more

Staff seems competent and professional but not particularly friendly. They appear to always be short staffed and stressed. Lately, there seems to be a large turn over of personnel as well. I've always been a loyal CVS customer and my main concern is that my prescription is in stock and correctly dispensed, which they have consistently done for me. Even if the check out people in the pharmacy would smile, the overall experience would be better. The store appears clean and well-stocked. read more

Patria, the pharmacist and her staff make this pharmacy amazing! On more than one occasion she has assisted me with over the counter meds. I can always get in and out quickly. She is the reason I pass by 5 other pharmacies to get to this one from my house!! read more

Service sucks. The ppl at the pharmacy just laugh at each other's jokes while customers wait in line for prescriptions. Not to mention they always get my pick up order wrong. Plus they put prioritize drive through customers. So if you walked in thinking it would be faster, guess again. read more

They don't update children's vaccinations into the registry! The school won't accept the vaccine if it's not in the registry. It's been 10 days since my son's meningitis booster, multiple phone calls and it's still not completed. They claimed technical difficulties, but the GRIT site is working and has been working for awhile, plus they did nothing to pursue fixing those issues. Now I've got a child about to be kicked out of school for lacking a vaccine he received because CVS can't be bothered to fix this. Bureaucracy and incompetence at its finest. read more
