Recently, my physician introduced me to Middle Village Pharmacy where I picked up a new script that very same day. Since that time, I've made several visits to Middle Village and have found ownership and staff to be very communicative and helpful, providing a personable, one-on-one relationship, making all of my transactions pleasant ones. I now perceive Middle Village Pharmacy like a country store, where all one's needs are under one roof. Staff and ownership address me my name and are always eager to help with answering my questions. Frankly, it is a pleasure to interact with Middle Village Pharmacy as they do not keep you waiting if they are on the phone or, in the process of filling scripts for other customers. Now, I actually look forward to conducting my health care needs with Middle Village Pharmacy and feel welcomed as a part of their "family" as I'm confident you will as well.

The clerk manager said they have a 7 day return policy which is not posted. When pressed the clerk manager said the software would not allow him to process a return. I asked that the owner call me. My meds are ready when I call ahead of time or use the app, and if I don't, they usually have them done in matter of minutes. I drive a few miles and past a dozen pharmacies because they have earned my loyalty. There is always a parking spot along the side of the building but getting in and out can be a bit tricky. Nobody shouldn't go to the big chain pharmacies when this gem is within reach.
