I just left this store Today from picking up my sons insulin and I was insulted by the tech and being profile that I could be trafficking my damn young sons insulin that he needs to survive, because I was told I needed to update my address snd as she continue being rude and violating my privacy and other customer listening to this insult. I have no appearance of only an amazing mom and not a freaking crack head with no teeth at all pharmacy dispensing medication. Not only she threatened to report a change of address, I being coming to this pharmacy for almost a year and it hasn't not been an issue or I have lived all my life in one county and gotten my medication for over 20 years in another county. Never never have that being a freaking problem. Maybe this town hace drug problems but to profile a mom for her son insulin it truly unacceptable. We have tried using CVS for our prescriptions, however, after they get called in the pharmacy can never find them. This has happened multiple times with multiple doctors. Once after three attempts, my wife had to go and physically pick up the prescription and take it to them. We are done here no way will we use this again. read more

The pharmacist is very friendly but the pharmacy technicians (wannabe pharmacists I call them) are SO rude! I have been getting my medicine filed here for a long time and I have never had a technician be friendly, they are always extremely rude. I decided to leave this review because I just called to find out about mine and my daughters prescriptions and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and then aid she was going to put me on hold but instead she hung up on me. Wow, talk about an invasion of privacy and not knowing your place!! This guy in there actually denied my prescription because my doctor allowed me to pick it up early 3 months ago. My doctor decides the date, not this punk Jr. Pharmacist. He also lied to me telling me that since I picked it up early before, it's a Florida law that they have to fill it that many days late months later. I called my doctor and he was furious. This kid needs to learn his place. My doctor is one of the top in his entire profession with several doctorates and over 2 decades of experience. I've been seeing him for over 10 years, but the 20 year old pharmacy assistant at CVS thinks he knows my medical needs better than him. What a joke!! And apparently Walgreens are criminals in this judgmental, self-righteous overstepping punk's mind because they filled my prescription on the spot. I totally disagree with the last post...The technicians there are VERY friendly to me. They know my name, my RX's and are always polite. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to what I am taking and advise me accordingly. I was recently was out of state and my Dr called the CVS in Palatka to change a RX dosage. The CVS in Palatka, worked diligently with the CVS in Georgia, and transferred the RX so that I could have the correct dosage. I totally love this CVS and would not go elsewhere. read more

I have used cvs in palatka for several years. I have always had good experiences and I love the pharmacy staff, especially Sam, Jasmine, and Tracy. Unfortunately there is a new pharmacist named Satar working there and he is very rude and made it very difficult for me to get one of my medications. He held my rx for 3 days for no reason other than to be difficult. I spend thousands of dollars a year in the pharmacy because one of my medications is insulin and that alone is over $1200 a month. I never leave bad reviews because I work with the public and I know it can be challenging but I would never treat someone the way he treated me. I can only hope I get the other pharmacist Crystal next time because she has always been very professional and nice...... Mr Satar on the other hand is very rude and may cause me to take my business elsewhere and cause cvs to lose money. He is not a good representation of the cvs pharmacy. read more

I totally disagree as well. The employees at CVS in Palatka are VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. They are very polite and have helped me with medications that I have needed for children that I am not familiar with. read more
