This CVS is 100 times better than the Walgreens across the highway! So glad I switched

I stopped by this location on my lunch break to grab a few things. Everything was fine up until checkout. There is a trainee on duty, I believe his name is Seth who was being trained by a young woman whom I did not catch a name of. She was incredibly rude to him and very condescending when she spoke to him. I am sure he is a bit nervous being that he is new. However this does not justify the way she spoke to him, her tone was completely out of line. And the fact that she did it in front of a customer is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. Perhaps it would be better to have someone else train him, one who is actually helpful and not rude. Just my thoughts, I felt bad for Seth and they way he was treated. read more

Do not go here for the minute clinic. They told me to just go to urgent care or ER if I get worse. They do not have the resources to get anything done. They would not even conduct a Covid test while I was here and told them I was around a bunch of people during the holidays. read more

They always help me with the cost of my prescription. They always work hard and do whatever they can to save me money. My last script went from 150 to 10 bucks because they used several discount cards. Hey do whatever they can to help me save money everything. And plus they are always quick with the Refill. I don't understand why it has 1 star. It's a great pharmacy. read more

I hate the fact that my insurance pharmacies. CVS is horrible, a nightmare. FIRST of all they close for lunch. REALLY! This a pharmacy, someone should be available to the public during the hours of operation. Why can't the pharmacists and techs alternate during lunch time to service and meet customers needs. The day l went and found out the pharmacy closes for lunch left there so irritated not because of my situation. My irritation was due to an elderly couple arriving at the same time as I. Like me they were not aware that the pharmacy closed for lunch. The poor gentleman was there to pick up an antibiotic he had to take an hour before going to the dentist for a procedure. I felt so bad for him and his wife that if l could of gotten behind the counter I would of searched for his medication. SECOND l kept receiving text to refill a medication that had no refills. CVS disregardEd the fact that l replied "NO" to their text. They contacted my PCP and refilled the medication that l did not need. Even after l personally called them, explained the problem in reference to the medication and texts AND HAD THEM remove the text option on my profile. I'm still receiving text asking if l want the medication refilled. THIRD when l go to their website into my account to get the status of a prescription. My file shows no prescription history, no new prescription status. It won't accept my prescription transfers from Walgreens. l was with Walgreens for 3 years and NEVER had a problem. GUESS what their open during lunch. read more

It was fine. They didn't accept my coupon that was only one day expired but the store was clean enough and the cashier was nice.

Have always been pleased with my service friendly staff in CVS and the pharmacy. If any issues they have always been quick to fix. I recommend this CVS. read more

Since I last reviewed this horrible store, NOTHING has changed. EVERY trip is a surprise on what can go wrong. If this were a McDonalds, there is no way their % correct would allow them to stay in business. Evidently, CVS has NO criteria for customer service. Came yesterday to pick up prescription after being notified it was ready. It wasn't. Told to come back today. They've never heard of it. Come back in 20 minutes. How does a pharmacy this bad stay in business at all. IS ANYBODY MANAGING THIS PLACE??????? read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband gets injections every 2 weeks. The first prescription we picked up, they gave us 1/2 the dose, charged us full price and said they were low on needles, gave us 2 needles with different and incompatible hubs. Brilliant!! Ugh. We went back for the rest of the dose that they shorted us... they were rude and unapologetic. And again gave us incompatible needles if the wrong sizes and non matching hubs of the needle. I will never get any future prescriptions from them ever. They are incompetent and unreliable. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. The first problem was in Dec of 2015. The Minute Clinic diagnosed my child with an ear infection. The antibiotic they prescribed was not strong enough. I called back to see if they would call in for a different antibiotic because he wasn't getting much better. The clerk who answered told me to take him to the emergency room. When I questioned why. She told me he was having a reaction to the meds. I told her he was NOT having a reaction. He just needed something stronger. She then said if he is having hives he is having a reaction. I again explained it was not a reaction and he DID NOT have hives. Well, she ended up saying someone would call me. No one ever called me. I went there today to pick up a prescription my sons pediatrician ordered ( ear infection). The pharmacy tech advised they were out of that antibiotic. She told me to try the one in Pace. I asked her to call because I didn't want to drive there with my sick child if they didn't have it. She called...that one didn't have it either. Called the doc...ended up going to Walgreens....very poor customer service and did not carry a very common antibiotic! Will never do business there again!!!!!!! read more
