The customer told her she was notified the evening before they were ready. Mrs. McNasty then proceeds to look through the containers again and miraculously finds the package, throws it on the counter and says "you have to pay at the front". Then it's my turn. Same interrogation, "name, what size pictures?" I said "I don't know but they are not 5x7 or 8x10 which probably only leaves one or two left. I told her I had been notified this morning they were ready. She said what time? I said I wasn't sure, but I only had one cup of coffee when they called my wife. She said, we don't call, it's a text message, like I was trying to pull one over on her. I said I have an order number, to which she says, we only use the last name. I'm relaying this to my wife, who doesn't have more to add and Im getting madder by the minute, when "Viola!, McNasty tosses my pictures onto the counter. I was walking away as she barked "you have to pay at the front". Walgreen would do well to put this women in the storeroom where she has no interaction with customers.
