My husband went to your Ocala Walmart service department to have an oil change. Upon leaving he…read moredrove less than 1 mile and the car was smoking very bad. He turned around immediately to return to your service department. The mechanic staff started questioning my husband if it smoked prior. He replied absolutely not the car is kept clean. You can clearly see that. They requested he open the hood upon inspection the dipstick was missing and oil was all over the right side of the engine and that's was unacceptable. One gentleman tries blaming the other for spilling the oil during the refilling process. He of course denied. Prior to leaving the second time, I looked underneath my wife's vehicle wet with oil and the ground had a small puddle from just sitting. Another gentleman found my dip stick that was missing. It was still inside the service garage. The 4th gentleman came out once he saw who my husband could only assume was the service manager talking with my husband along with the female cashier for the service department. He was very knowledgeable. He asked me to pop the hood again and start the engine. Once my husband started the car oil was spitting everywhere. He said just a minute I know what the other problem is. He came back with a new oil filter and a rubber washer/Gasket. Once he opened the oil filter housing he showed me, someone had forgotten to reinstall the washer/gasket. My husband was like "wow that's crazy." If he'd actually ignored the smoke and attempted to drive home roughly 20 miles the engine would have blown up. My husband requested the oil that was spitting all over the right side of the engine and bottom of my car be cleaned before he leave. He stated he couldn't. He wiped up as much as he could with a rag and sprayed water on the underside of my vehicle. My car is well cared for and well maintained. That doesn't solve the problem of the appearance of oil drips and splatter underneath my vehicle. What is your company's solution for cleaning my altar of the oil spill? It's not like the place was busy. So why the rush? What if my car is damaged? Who can afford new vehicles this day and age? The was irresponsible of what happened and what my husband experienced at Walmart auto portion of the store.

They called me to tell me it was ready for pick-up and I said to cancel it as I didn't want or need it. I also called my doctor and they said they would take care of it. A couple of weeks later the pharmacy called me and left a message that the charge was placed on my card. I called them and they refused to credit me for this charge. The Pharmacy Technicians will put you on hold and are rude to those who call with an issue.

She virtually accused me of shoplifting 3m package tape which I was going to purchase for taping up my UPS drop off box. I pulled 3" of tape out and then I decided I would take the box up to the register and purchase the tape at the same time while I taped it up - just to avoid any kind of suspicion. Boy did that backfire! While standing 10 ft away from the tape isle, Bully Jessica approached me with her ulterior motive fake "can I help you?" She then said I can't just go opening up boxes without paying (it's not a box Jessica) She didn't want me to do any shopping or tapping in the store until I bought the tape. I said I'm going to keep shopping around the store for awhile. Her body language and remaining by my side like a magnet indicated she wanted me to go immediately to the front for payment. I then felt disgusted with her bullying so I told I will just not shop your store anymore. She then mistakenly thought that that meant I was going to walk out of her store with the tape. She then said you can't just walk out of the store with the tape! I said No, I'm going to the register to pay for the tape... I just won't shop your store in the future after tonight. She touted arrogantly about how she can do what she wants because it's "her store" and "SHE's THE BOSS." While at the register, the tape dispenser broke while I was trying to use it to tape my UPS drop off box. I told her I need another one because this one is broke. She then, while standing on my side of the counter with the nice clerk behind the register, angrly yanked my card out of the credit card machine just before the payment processed and refused to allow me to pay. I told her three times I want to pay for the tape dispenser. She refused me three times. She then threatened to call the call the cops. I never yelled at her or made any threats. I did tell her she was annoying at one point and rightly so. I truly feel sympathetic to her employees.

I recently moved to the area, so it's hard finding a doctor to begin with, so I have been without the medication for 5 months now. The pharmacist did not have the medication, but he refused to order it he said that he would not fill the prescription because this CVS is adjacent to a childrens clinic, and they don't use the medication. Hello, do you not keep narcotics either? I am now looking for a pharmacy in the area and will be moving all of my prescriptions there.
