They did not tell me anything about earrings before they took the first short. They spent an inordinate amount of time trying to doctor it. When I got it home, it was immediately rejected by the state department. I took it back and they had absolutely no idea what was wrong with it. To make it worse, they would not give me a refund because it was against store policy. I'm disputing it with my bank. How hard is it to take a digital photo against a white backgroud? Too hard for these people! They do not know the rules for passport photos from the state department. Beware if you have your prescriptions filled here. Total, utter incompetence.

Store felt run down and not clean. Needed nail polish remover and hoping to find a new color. Terrible nail polish selection and what they had appeared outdated. One color from Essie had color of the year 2014. 2014? It is 2018! Grabbed a nail polish remover and when I got back to the hotel to take off my nail polish - to my surprise the bottle was opened and about 1/4 used! I did not notice this while grabbing the bottle but I guess I should have checked. Cannot really blame CVS for this but geesh, so ridiculous. Cashier was friendly but not all that efficient. Also no red CVS sign? But instead, the letters were black? So strange and yucky CVS overall.

Insane. Deny or delay. The last visit 4/22/26 the pharmist told me 30 mins When I called. I said you're telling me that at 11am i can pick up my script, no probs and no delays? He said yes. he here's my phone say this call is being recorded. He slams the phone down hanging up on me!! I go to the store at 11am. Wait 28 mins in line and then wait til I get my RX in hand bc if you say anything they don't like, they will refuse to fill it And call it Pharmacist discretion. So i ask the pharmacist why did u hang up on me when I called just bc you heard it say im recording? he said it was a accident lol. I said sir it's an old school plastic busn phone. You can clearly hear you slam it down. I am 13 days from major elbow tendon surgery that controls my fingers And in an immobilization brace. I'm legally temp handicapped. My left arm just had the exact same surgery done isn't even 100% 24 weeks ago. It's a 3/6 month recovery. I had them done back to back. So 13 days after surgery this pharmacist thinks he's caught lying on recording. My phone was in my rt hand against my left bicep until I look to make sure its recording. When I take my eyes off of him, he panics and snatches at my phone. See pics. He hits both hands and the phone. Phone screen cracked from compression cracks either my fingers or his squeezing so hard. Idk how I hung on. I don't but I'm glad I did n bc it woulda ended badly had he gotten it. Walgreens blames me and says I'm fishing to sue them lmao. Bc iv video'd every time I got a prescription to document the ada violations and discriminatio. Iv wrote the head of the legal dept and even text w him. I don't want the money from sueing them!! I want to walk in and get a prescription like everyone else. In and out. Treated equally!! They seem to think I'm the addict still that won't see this thru or can't afford to bang it out w them. I think my 5.5 yrs clean, full time plumber,no kids. Home. Nice car paid off w full coverage and 738 credit score says I'm not the addict you are estimating me to be. lol. Before you think oh you can't record in Walgreens. Sure you can, there's no expectation of privacy in public, the store can ask you not to record and if you'd don't complain you to leave but I have video of me and store manager discussing the issues previously about ada violations. It takes days for my prescriptions to be filled or even shipped in. We just did passport photos for our kids and the girls working were really great with that. It's just expensive to get them done, but they were really helpful in making sure we had the right photos chosen. Pricing for their other items tend to be expensive, but typical drugstore prices.

I love grocery stores in general so I had fun looking at all the stuff we don't have in Michigan. Plus they have a big cheese counter and a BAR! I've never seen a Kroger with a bar, so that was funny to me. The prices were cheap but it was a Sunday morning so they were not open. I saw they had a sign about trivia and my brother said that people love to hang out there because it's so cheap. We ended up getting a platter of sushi that was in a flag-shaped container for Memorial Day, it was so funny to me and the sushi was actually very good for grocery store sushi.

I think Meijers may be a bit more expensive than Walmart or Krogers but they do have weekly deals and a rewards program called mPerks. You can order stuff online and pickup at the store. There are pickup drive through lanes on the right side of the store. Recently, I ordered an HP printer that was on sale for $89.99. When I drove through the pickup line, the order ended up being $150.49 which was charged to my debit card. That is a negative and I did complain when I filled out an online survey. However, I then received a phone call from Bill A. informing me the printer was on sale when I ordered it but the sale ended when I went to pick it up. He said the sale price still should've been honored, but sometimes that does happen. They refunded the difference and it was credited back to my debit card in a few days. So, I believe they will try to make a mistake right. I go to this store from time to time, and although they occasionally run out of things, I think it is a good store.
