There were three ladies dressed in blue, a gentleman, and one other person on the computer for drop off prescriptions. One finally came over and asked if she could help me, I have her my name and it took another five minutes to locate my prescription and ring me out. She was very nice and helpful, I thanked for her courtesy, paid my bill and left the store. There were cars in the drive through waiting for service and finally one young lady went over to assist. The CVS organization I know is not like this, they need to be more customer service oriented.

Not in FL where you buy one and it's full price. Makes you think twice about your purchase, i.e. 'will I really use two containers of strawberries before they go bad?!' *** There aren't enough cart corrals here. Buggies are left willy-nilly in the parking lot. People are too lazy to wheel them to designated areas where they won't conceivably damage parked cars. While the store can't do anything about that, they CAN send staff out regularly to collect runaway buggies. (They do it in GA!)

We had the misfortune of getting behind someone who literally put money on every game in every combination possible, multiple times . The line got super backed up and one person actually got out of line because of the wait. Call me crazy but if I was this invested , I'd be in Vegas not in Publix... Maybe they need a second line for high roller lottery players and delusional people like me that spend 10.00 and are happy to win 2.00.

Not sure what is happening with this Walgreen's Pharmacy. I have always had great service and no…read moreissues there. Until this past month. I needed a refill on a prescription that I have been getting regularly for some time. I got an email and text saying that the refill was denied by my Dr. That would be strange seeing how this is the dr that prescribed the medication. I called the dr's office. They had no idea why it would have been denied. The sent in the prescription again. Again I got a message from Walgreens saying it had again been denied. So now I called Walgreens. They had no Pharmacy tech said they got the prescription. A half hour later, I received another message saying it was again, denied by the dr. This time I went up to Walgreens. My prescription was there. I asked why I kept getting the denial messages. The Pharmacy Tech gave me some story about how they automatically get denied, but then they go through!!! WHAT???? It just seems like there are some internal issues that need to be fixed. I have had a few other smaller issues that have me thinking that I may need to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
