And the other two employees, one a manager, could not be bothered to wait on us. Okay, the manager was on the phone. The other employee was stocking next to the cashier stand. Okay, I get it that you want your store to be organized, but not at the loss of customer service. And their Halloween Individual candy was a tent-tiny section. What is happening here O Great Pumpkin! Over the last several years, I have endured painful medical problems. The doctor I was seeing at…read morethe time had prescribed me pain killers that I continued taking, under their supervision, for several years to deal with the constant pain I was in. I finally realized the effects these drugs were having on my body and decided to ask the doctor to take me off of them. They then sent me to a specialist who prescribed me Suboxone. The years of taking pain medication had caused me to be extremely dependent on them and that was not how I wanted to live my life. I have been taking suboxone and it has saved my life. However, This pharmacy treats patients on this drug as addicts. They have no respect. They seem to think that just because you take this medication that you must be some sort of junkie (which I am absolutely not) Every time I leave after picking up my prescription, I feel so terrible and judged. I have heard them snicker about people on suboxone behind their backs. The staff here needs to get some class. Not everyone on this medication is an abuser. I certainly do not abuse my medication and I know that there are people out there that probably do. Bottom line is P&S staff needs to stop judging people based on their prescriptions and do their freakin job. I am not one to ever post such comments on YELP but constantly being treated this way has made me very angry at the staff. I will absolutely be transferring to a different pharmacy. There must be one out there whose staff has compassion and enjoys their work and helping people. I will never be back here. Smiling in your face and then snickering behind your back (even as you walk out of the store) is horrible!!!!!! They obviously need to find a job that suits their high school behavior.
