I had a scheduled appointment through the app and was annoyed that I would have to literally go buy my own filter, especially since the app didn't tell me that they had no filters. So I wasted my gas to come up there, leave and go buy a filter and come back. I asked them if my price would be comped or if I would be given a discount and was uncaringly told NO! I protested and was led to talk to a automotive manager named Tom. When I got to him, he wouldn't even come out and talk to me and relayed his message to me through a cashier. She told me that he said there was nothing that they could do! It was really shitty that he didn't have the balls to talk to me in my face and furthermore, how is it fair that I waste my gas, go buy an oil filter and no one credits me anything for what I spent?! I wasn't asking for the gas I wasted-just to be compensated for the money that I spent because they didn't have the part that THEY needed to complete my oil change.
