Telephone loop would not let me speak to anyone at the pharmacy. I had to leave a voicemail and they "Will get back to me."

Every time I pick up my prescription it takes forever. Always long lines or closed for lunch. I don't understand why lunch periods are not rotated so someone is able to help the customer. Very frustrating doing business here. read more

Very friendly staff this store is well managed and very clean. They are knowledgeable about their products and go above and beyond to assist their patrons. They also have some good sales on wine and liquor. A pharmacy isn't the first place I think to go to but their prices keep me coming back. read more

I was a diehard CVS fan until moving to Camby 2 years ago. The Mooresville location is the closest CVS to my home and it doesn't even compare to the previous two locations that I frequented. The only reason that I continued to use them, was because my Imitrex pills came in nearly impossible to open packets when I filled them at Meijer (the only other close option). Now I'm no longer taking Imitrex, but a different drug. So its time to switch back to Meijer. CVS also fills my current migraine medication in a rediculous amount of over packaging. Since I've learned that ANY blister pack is impossible to open in the middle of the night with a full blown migraine, I've begun eliminating those packages as soon as I get my perscription. It's still complete overkill, wasting a large prescription bottle on 9 tiny pills, that are already blister packed. It's a rarity that you encounter a polite pharmacist or technician. When I've needed a question answered, help with a refill or insurance billing issue, they have not been helpful and have often acted downright put out. One guy that we encounter most, my husband and I nicknamed Mr Personality, because he's anything but. The guy is flatter than a slashed tire. I actually prefer him to any of the others because he's not rude, at least. The biggest reason that I liked CVS so much, in the past, was because of the CVS rewards and the ability to use them along with coupons to cut costs on health and beauty products that we use often. But I have not been able to receive the rewards for my prescriptions since moving to this location. When we complained, numerous times, they were not helpful and insisted that we need to call in to customer relations and have them fix it. But when you call in, they insist that I need to sign consent IN STORE at the pharmacy. The pharmacy acts like we're speaking a foreign language. So we're giving up. Between Amazon and better prices on H&B at Meijer, it's not even worth it to drive a couple extra miles to CVS for seriously poor customer service. read more

I would give a zero , but I guess that's not a possibility. Pharmacist Carrie Tucker refused to fill my 66 yo husbands prescription. Insisted that I get prior authorization through his insurance company, when we wanted to use our GoodRx card because it was cheaper. She said it was at her discretion to fill a prescription and that she would not! Talk about customer service, they had the prescription for 5-7 days befor all this happened, but couldn't be bothered to call the doctor office to resolve any problem prior to me going to pick up the prescription. Have to say, Meijer at Camby we're wonderful to deal with! read more

This is my CVS. No, I don't own it (obviously), but I come here alllll the time. The quality of service you get really depends on who is working in the pharmacy. The main pharmacist is really a nice guy. I just wish he would filter out the not-so-friendly people who work there. Or at least put them on some sort of work improvement plan. Some of them NEVER smile or seem to enjoy their jobs. The staff in the rest of the store is always super friendly. The coupon machine is almost always in working order. The store is clean and well-organized. Having a store with a pharmacy that's open 24 hours is a wonderful convenience! read more

Pharmacy is so slow (not blaming the staff it's more than likely from lack of staffing or proper scheduleing)

This is by far the worst run pharmacy I've ever seen. 4 hour waits for prescriptions? Are you kidding me? Can no one count back there?

Don't use this pharmacy! Several years ago my insurance quit working with Walgreens. This broke my heart because I could tell they were diligently screening to attempt to stop narcotic fraud. But they still treated me with respect because they took the time to get to know their customers. First trip to CVS for a Rx and I was treated like a criminal. Pharmacist actually lied to me about medication being out of stock and I caught it when I called the next day to see if the shipment had arrived, the technician proceeded to inform me that they didn't know what I was talking about because they had sufficient supply and they were not expecting a delivery for days. So I changed to Meijer! Unfortunately they didn't have a prescription that I needed today, so I called CVS and ask them to call Meijer and have it transferred. After 3 hours, I find out that the pharmacist didn't think it was an emergency (despite the fact that I told the technician that it was) and decided he would just take care of it tomorrow. Then when I called back to explain that I was having severe cramping and couldn't sleep, he assured me that he would take care of it right away and call me as soon as it was ready. I called two hours later only to find out that it had been sitting there ready for over a half an hour. And the pharmacist just left and didn't even call me. By this time I'm too sick to even drive over and get it. Do not, I repeat do not use the CVS! read more

Great store, great pharmacy. Everyone is always so nice and the store is clean. Minute clinic is quick and efficient and their nurse practitioners are super knowledgeable. read more

Parker in the pharmacy was extremely helpful to my fiancé and I. Unfortunately my dog bit me and Parker helped with all that we would need. He was extremely nice and knew we were having a hard night. He was able to make us feel better for the time we were there. Thank you Parker. read more

Let me start by saying I waited at least 5 minutes at the pharmacy before a single person said a word to me. The woman at the drive thru was obviously with a customer, however the pharmacist was standing at a desk doing random things. She looked at me, then proceeded doing any and everything before walking over. As I began speaking to her, she made it perfectly clear that a) my time didn't matter to her, and b) her time was much more valuable. I am a NEW customer mind you, hoping this would be a much better pharmacy. However, as soon as I showed her my insurance she became very much hateful. Stating, she would "try" and run it, however she knew the insurance had updated cards. She then walked away stood at a computer (not using it may I add) then walked back to me and stated "Nope won't work. You'll have to pay out of pocket for this." The highlight of the visit was her stating I could get refunded if I got my new insurance card within the next two weeks. I will never bring my business here. Not sure if it was an off night, but I don't want to risk that kind of service ever again. Took 20 minutes to get my medication. read more
