Service has been consistently good, Pharmacy always goes the extra step to get me the best price on my prescription. Staff is helpful when I ask about OTC items. They have helped me find the Items I couldn't find and made recommendations when asked. read more

I've been going to this CVS for years and I'm finally DONE. It takes days for anything to be filled, I routinely wait 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru with no apologies from the staff. I worked as a pharmacy tech in college, so I know how demanding the job is and how busy they can get. There's just no excuse for this kind of service given all of the competitors around. Wasn't aware that the Pharmacy closed for lunch from 1:30 until 2. Literally closed the curtain in my face. Waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes, then had to leave. I'm back at 2:15 and there are 6 cars in line. Someone must be taking a Covid test now. How does a Pharmacy lose for lunch ? This will be my last prescription at any CVS. read more

I have been using this CVS pharmavy for about 6 months. It is absolutely awful. Each and every time I go to pick up a prescription they say, "We're still working on it." Ones called in several days earlier are the same way. I honestly don't think they ever fill them until I go there to pick it up. Today I waited in line for at least 10 minutes. When I got to the window I got my usual, "We're just working on it. Come back in 20 minutes and it will be ready". An hour and a half later I stop in again and get the same thing, "We're still working on it. " Obviously they NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I wonder if Walgreens across the street would be better? read more

So I live here and my sister Jessica is down from SC visiting and had to have an emergency med refilled. We dropped off her script at this location and after being rudely helped we left it there on Wednesday around noon. Still no call that it was filled..this would be into Thursday morning..mind you it was 5 pills..that's it. And this location is not busy. So a day later they decided to fill it. How unprofessional and rude. We mentioned she was out of town and needed this filled asap! Glad it wasnt a life or death prescription or CVS would be renamed the Becky Show. read more

The pharmacy staff here is always very nice and helpful. I especially appreciate Robert, the pharmacist - great customer service and he is always willing to take the time to answer questions and even help with routine things like transferring prescriptions, looking up prices, and so forth -- things that a pharmacy tech would normally handle -- he doesn't hesitate to offer the help himself. I saw the other post about a wait at the drive through, but I've personally never had to wait more than a few minutes -- maybe 10 minutes tops, if there are a couple of cars in front of me. I'd also like to note that during hurricane Irma last fall, CVS was the only store around that had water, batteries, etc. available - even Walmart's shelves were completely empty (with people waiting there for hours for the bottled water delivery truck to show up). It was a little more expensive to get these supplies at CVS, but worth it -- how could it not be, when they were the only ones that had the items?! read more

Super super super USELESS phanacy. Kindless stuff. They don't have my prescription medication and gave me another CVS address from their stock check system. But their stock system was not accurate and another CVS drive down there also no stock. Another CVS stuff was also kindless. All CVS this area is so useless. read more

Choose another! I am currently changing my scripts over to one that is less convenient, but has to more efficient than this cluster(fill in). They need more staff!!!!!! Corporate hello!!!! Send them some employees!! Always wait for meds even if they ask me to come back in an hour- still not ready. Came back the next day the guys said- nope not ready- asked me to drive through and go to the back of the line to wait so he could help the next guy. I pictured my self just circling around for days. This is my "go to" pharmacy because it is close to home. The pharmacy itself is courteous most of the time and genuinely wants to help. An example of how they help is when a doctor prescribed a medication could have some adverse interaction with one of my conditions. The pharmacy called me while I was still at the doctor office to let me know and understand the doctor's intention; I appreciated that call. At times, the Pharmacy front staff seems understaffed and the tension shows. I know folks seem not to know about their insurance benefits and coverage and that seems to cause some issues as well during peek times. I do like the effort that CVS has put into the technology for their phone/web app. It makes it easy to keep tabs on medication refills. There has been a marked improvement from 2016 to 2019 in accuracy of the information, functionality, as well as integration with the related CVS Specialty. The retail side of the house has fair pricing. I have been able to find most of the things I need at the store. I did have an issue with some 90 day supply OTC on the shell wilt a expiry date the contradicted purchasing. The staff did remove it from the shelf and thanked me for pointing it out. Overall, for being a chain pharmacy, I enjoy going to this location and recommend it to others. read more

Slowest pharmacy ever!! The drive-thru is always AT LEAST a 15 minute wait, no matter what time of day I come. And when I've gone inside, they're not any faster. One time they asked me to wait so they could finish doing paperwork and taking phone calls. There were FOUR people in the pharmacy and not one of them would pause what they were doing to help the person standing right in front of them. read more

Ever time, I have gone to this pharmacy in a year and 1/2, the prescription is not ready and half the time the pharmacy tecs don't make sure the insurance goes through. There is always a wait. I always have to call when my prescription is ready. The pharmacy has even verified my information and it is correct. I am not sure if it is this CVS location or it is the company. I have never had any issues with Walgreens or Publix. read more

I wish I could have rated this better but CVS has one service that is really bad. Unfortunately CVS contracts their film/video transfer to DVD to a company called YesDVD. I would NOT recommend getting your films transferred to DVD by this company (especially if you value your irreplaceable films). To them, it's just a business & when they mail them back, they wrap tape around the film (including the sprockets) & the DVDs are of poor quality (where does those red glares come from that's not in the films?) Luckily I have long leads (which, thanks to them, I don't have any more) on my films. read more
