After much effort, we figured out that I needed to be transferred to the local store who never answered their phone. I had to drive to the store to get a simple question "answered." I complained about the difficulty of understanding the person at the call center, and the pharmacy manager called me "prejudiced." My question was answered--complete with calling me names! This is what we should expect when big companies buy out all the local competition. Customers have nowhere else to take their business, so the company has no incentive to serve their customers properly.

Then when it is finally listed it tells me there is some kind of delay. I call and they tell me there is no issue. It makes me think that it's just a ploy to delay filling my prescriptions. I moved here from Dallas, larger city, more people live there and my prescriptions were showing the minute I left my doctor's office and were ready when I got to the pharmacy. They were much more efficient. Second, they constantly forget to use my insurance to cover the medications and it's another phone call to have my insurance applied.

And they remember what your family is up to and care about it. They have been here since 1976 and do a huge amount of business for a small pharmacy in a small town.. They have even when a JD Powers award for customer satisfaction. They're not going to have the selection of a giant chain. But they will probably have what you are looking for. I've always found what I need here. Five stars all day long.
