I can't even stress how much I despise CVS Pharmacy. I have to mentally prepare myself before going and then immediately mediate after leaving to calm my nerves. Every single staff member is so incompetent, I can't even. How is it possible to mess something up every single time I go there? Guys, I'm not kidding. Cvs F's up my prescription EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. also, the building is disgusting. Everything in McMurray is brand spankin new.... and then there's the CVS that's decrepit and covered in rust, and in the worst location. Normally, I would go to Walgreens but when I went there earlier today they were sold out of some of the things I needed so I decided I would go across the street to CVS to get what I need. While there, I picked up a redbull. On my way hope I thought the redbull tasted funny, and offered a sip to my friend who also agreed with me. I looked at the date on the bottom of the can, and this redbull had expired in 2020. I then called the CVS to let them know that they have expired red bulls that they're selling and their response was "Okay, thank you" and hung up. Will never be going to this CVS again. read more

My 1 star review is entirely pharmacy related. I would recommend minute clinic to absolutely anyone, they're amazing. The pharmacy not so much. Carrie the pharmacist is probably the rudest, most confrontational person I have ever encountered in a field where they should be genuine, kind, and hospital to her customers. She continually told me it was my responsibility to ask for flavoring in a medication before it was mixed, however, every time I've gotten a medication there before, I've always been asked about it, I've never had to request. Whether I truly am responsible to request it or not, the whole staff was in a rush to get to lunch and my problem didn't matter to anyone. My script was already mixed and they offered no solution to me. I tried walking away, and said what a joke (meaning the whole situation) and she yelled back at me that I was a joke. Being personally attacked by a pharmacist is the worst form of customer service I've ever experienced. She continued to harass me as I walked away talking about me to her employees, I'm not deaf Carrie, and I wasn't there to fight but you had me on defense the moment you spoke to me. If you're looking for someone to argue with though, Carrie's your girl and she's here at CVS. read more

Every single time I have gone into this location or just simply spoke to the pharmacy staff over the phone, they have been completely unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude! I'm not one to post reviews and give negative feedback, but they have just pushed me to the limit. This is by far the worst CVS I have ever used. The pharmacist are rude, and can care less about the customers. I have had several prescriptions that did not have the correct number of pills. I have switched to mail delivery so I do not have to waste my time with this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Walgreens. read more

Rating is actually too high but a zero star was not an option. The employees at this CVS pharmacy are so incredibly rude. My first visit consisted of me standing at the drop off window for 20 minutes without being acknowledged, I had to walk over and get in line at the pick up counter only to be yelled at for being at the wrong window. My visits to follow were equally as frustrating, but it was the last encounter that caused me the most frustration. I called to refill a prescription but didn't have my RX number with me, so I asked if they could please look it up and she told me no, I wasn't upset that she told me no, it was the fact that she continued to yell at me that infuriated me. I drove straight to a different CVS and immediately transferred all of my prescriptions, best decision I have ever made. This pharmacy is the worst!!! I have have a script that is a special order script and any other pharmacy it takes 1-2 business days to get. This cvs (store #5101 in McMurray, PA) routinely takes 2 weeks or longer. When I question why I get attitude and never a valid reason why. Then it is suggested to me with a condescending tone that I should take my business elsewhere. I was neither rude or short with the staff there. I will never step foot in that cvs ever again for any reason. Just horrible. If I could choose negative stars I would. read more

I needed to switch my prescription to a cvs closer to me after speaking to a pharmacy tech named Nancy, made the decision that I would never use this location to fill my prescription. She was not interested in my need to fill at their location due to my drug on back order. She was very rude and rushed in manner and I hung up on her after telling her that I we would NEVER use that location. Gives CVS a bad taste. I had my script sent to Giant Eagle across the street after many years of using CVS in Robinson. I would never recommend this location! read more

I had the same reaction to whoever was on the phone when I called if my prescription was ready. It's not what she said, it was how she said It. Very condescending tone. My prescriptions count and frequency had never been refilled properly despite me calling numerous times between them and my doctor's office, who has noted it had been re-called. What a waste of time. I was worried for pick up since their hours are different for the holiday. Also, dangerous since I could have missed my dose. I'm in the medical field and it dismays me that this is someone who is representing us. read more
