Remarkably, I was greeted when I came inside -- rare for any store, unprecedented for a gas station. My issue came when I tried to use their coffee machine. Like many places these days, Leo's has machines that grind beans while you wait, for a fresher cup. Well, both machines were broken, so I didn't get to try the official brew. Fortunately, they'd brewed a pot and gave me a free cup for the inconvenience. It was passable, but not great. So, four stars for the store's appearance and kind service. Slight deduction for the broken machine and disappointing coffee.

I know it may not be a big deal to some people, but some people use receipts to track their purchases or like myself who uses the app Upside to get rebates, it requires the receipt. It's such a hassle to have to go in to get the receipt from the cashier, especially when you have children that you have to unbuckle just to take in to get the receipt when it should be provided at the pump. I get that it occasionally happens, but it has been every single time. I have visited this location over the past year and a half. Especially now with freezing temperatures I cannot Justify getting my toddler out in this cold weather just to go get a receipt. So thanks to the pumps never been able to give me a receipt, I lost out on my rebate today. Really sucks especially in these times when every penny counts. I know some people may think I'm being ridiculous, but it really is inconvenient when this has been an issue every single time I have visited. I switched from Kroger because our Kroger is gross and chaotic inside but at least they answered the phone. Come on Meijer, I really want to give a good review but it's been long enough now that I feel confident that yall deserve 2/5 stars. I recommend going elsewhere if you can for your pharmacy needs.
