He is an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING WHO HAS ZERO COMPASSION FOR HUMANITY!!! He treats you like garbage is you have medicines to be filled he dont think you should have! He lied to my surgeon telling him he had a copy of a pain contract which cant be true because I dont have 1 of those!!! I had surgery & he filled 1 prescription & then only filled half of the 2nd one & has refused EVERY single prescription for my chronic pain medications with excuses of insurance wont pay, needs a prior authorization, dr needs to explain to him why I need these medications (which led to the lie of a pain contract) so 9 days after a double hand/arm surgery I was left with no pain medications because of Matthew & his judgements. I've called the pharmacy board & plan on calling back. He should be fired!!

Customer service you only get from shopping local…read more I have been trying to get a rx filled for over a week, and my usual pharmacy (CVS) let me know they had supply issues and that they wouldn't be able to fill it for 3 days... then 4... then 5, etc. So I called around and other pharmacies said the same. Costco, Walmart, Kroger. My dr suggested I try a local pharmacy but warned me they would likely not accept my insurance. So I tried Geist; i needed my medication and it is pretty close to my house and work. Thank freaking goodness i did. 10000/10. Not only did they have the rx in stock (woo woo), but they also stopped everything they were working on to fill it right then, they took their time getting to know me and my needs, and they went above and beyond to make sure my insurance accepted it. Btw- cvs has my insurance for all my other prescriptions and they still didn't apply it to this rx. Like what?? It was truly one of those moments where I felt like I was in a hallmark movie or something I didn't realize customer service still existed, and I love that I didn't have to talk to an AI operator for 10 minutes to get my rx filled. I will be using them for all of our family's rx needs moving forward.

I had a problem with one of my answers I assume to give in the pre-survey. I did the pre-survey the day that I was assigned the shop and I had a mistake. Rather than allowing me if you to make the mistake right they just dropped and canceled the shop. I do not feel that is very professional at all. I feel like if you're going to have a company represent you and obtained shoppers for your company they should be professional just like you are. I would appreciate a change in the coordinators that you have currently. You should be more amenable to changes and helping your shoppers, do their job to the best of their ability. I would then resign with you as a shopper.

Remarkably, I was greeted when I came inside -- rare for any store, unprecedented for a gas station. My issue came when I tried to use their coffee machine. Like many places these days, Leo's has machines that grind beans while you wait, for a fresher cup. Well, both machines were broken, so I didn't get to try the official brew. Fortunately, they'd brewed a pot and gave me a free cup for the inconvenience. It was passable, but not great. So, four stars for the store's appearance and kind service. Slight deduction for the broken machine and disappointing coffee.
