Love this CVS (Lime Kiln Rd). The pharmacy has amazing hours compared to others. The staff at the pharmacy are helpful & kind. The lines are never long and if they don't have a med in stock they can order and it's there within a day. I once had a prescription that my insurance didn't cover and CVS found a discount card for me and based on my research of the cost of this med, it was an amazing price and I had my med immediately. Can't ask for more than that from a pharmacy! The store is super clean, someone always asks if you need help if you look confused or searching. I don't like to ask for help sometimes (hahaha) so this is particularly helpful FOR ME. Parking is easy squeezy too. Highly recommend the Lime Kiln Rd CVS. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. They never have your prescriptions ready on time. The drive-through is backed up and very slow and then once you finally do get to the drive-through window, the workers are extremely rude. They do not want to help you. They are frequently out of common medication, which is on backorder or just not available today to fill your prescription. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They are ALWAYS a disappointment. read more

Pharmacy staff is so rude! The whole staff is unprofessional. They refused to fill my daughters type 1 diabetes meds cause I wanted to chk the bag to make sure it was the right medicine since the messed up the day before and my husband opened the bag to see the meds in the bag were incorrect. Pharmacy manager practiced no customer service and made my husband pay since he owned the bag not the box! They treated me the same way the next day. She told me to go to another CvS! Will never go back this horrible place. read more

I was very please with the help I received at the Minute Clinic today! I was sick at work and needed to be seen pretty quickly. I used the online search for a clinic near by. Cvs Minute Clinic came up. It showed wait times etc. I was able to schedule an appointment in minutes. When I got there a text had been sent with a check in # and I registered at the kiosk near the pharmacy. I had a very short wait time. Then I was called back. Shannon and her trainee were very nice, understanding , comforting and knowledgeable. They did my assessment of symptoms. I had a flu test done (not very pleasant but quick). NO FLU! Yay! No strep! They gave me a work note. Sent my script to the pharmacy of my choice and even took my payment! I will definitely return if I am in need of care again. read more

Do you know why this place only has one star ratings recently? They are rude, they are ignorant, they do not know how to communicate, refuse to listen and constantly interrupt you, and strangest of all, they will not follow CVS corporate policy. I wasted half an hour of my life trying to get one prescription transferred to them. Ultimately the clerk told me that her time was more valuable than my Physician's time. And, while their corporate customer service told me that it is their responsibility to do the transfer and they can do the transfer, and for me to ask for the pharmacy manager, this good employee refused to do so. If I were the manager I would fire her on the spot for refusing to notify me when their corporate said that they were supposed to do that. I could go on.. I'm really sorry they lost all their good employees, but replacing them with terrible ones is ridiculous. Oh, and no, that clerk was not the only terrible Clerk that I have dealt with there in the past 2 days for my transfer and just for dropping off a prescription for someone else on my plan. Worst customer service I have received in my many years. read more

Local Pharmacy. My insurance uses them so we don't get a choice in that. The prices are great with my insurance. However the employees working aren't always that great. I hate how they form a single line and then want everyone to say their name and date of birth. Then want to be all loud and say WhAT? It's Not just the workers the Pharmacist himself does it. Again not my choice on pharmacy! As for the rest of the store - it's usually very well stocked. Most of the associates are pretty friendly. read more

The staff is rude at times, I'm sure they are understaffed but orders can run slow. One lane of the drive thru seems to always be out of order. Store is spotlessly clean. Decent selection of products, unbelievably high prices compared to Kroger and Walgreens. read more

Long waits, rude staff, & chaos. I'm not discussing the DMV but rather this CVS. Pharmacist did not want to speak to me, and I had to wait a long time to even see her. When she did, she was very rude and condescending. She refused to check my insurance options on the cost of medications. This is the root of healthcare in our country; rude professionals who don't allow the consumer or payers to know the cost. Very unfair and disappointing. I will say the general store side of this facility is always clean and the staff is super nice. Go at night to see Joel and he will take care of you. Very sad with the way the pharmacy operates. Ridiculous. Had an appointment at the minute clinic for 10:40. I was barely late because of traffic and checked in on my phone as I was instructed as soon as I got in there. Decided to re-check in at the kiosk when nobody called my name for a little bit. Was there for a whole hour and asked them about it to be told that I apparently checked in when I touched the kiosk at "11:10" so I was no longer a priority when I was the only one in the whole lobby for a good 15 minute span throughout this. Look I know I wasn't there at exactly 10:40, but come on. I literally didn't get taken back until almost 12 pretty much right after I asked about it so I don't believe they even knew I was in there. The biggest issue was the unrealistic amounts of down-time between the two rooms. If there was appointment after appointment, I get it, they're busy. But like I said, I was the only one in there for like 15 minutes at one point throughout this and they just said fuck me I guess. read more

Never really busy. Usually only one or two folks working. It's a little tucked away, so maybe it doesn't get the kind of foot traffic that locations do. All the boxes are checked. Good service, clean store. I can't speak to the pharmacy. The cashiers do tend to be a little slow. I chalk that up to the fact that they don't see many customers throughout the day. Very rude staff over the phone. They were unclear, uninformative, and just sounded like they didn't want to be there. You shouldn't be working anywhere that deals with customer service if you can't handle people. I had issues with my insurance and decided to transfer my medication to CVS. I've done this before so I was aware of the usual procedure yet the lady over the phone picked up like it was her job to be rude. Asked for a phone number, I gave it. Later on told me she was asking for the previous pharmacy's number, not mine, in a VERY rude tone. I'm not here to argue over the phone. Just here for the same purpose she was (hopefully) to get my meds! read more

The Lime Kiln CVS pharmacy is awesome. John the manager is always personable and helpful. He knows many customers by name, and makes people feel welcome. The other clerks are also friendly. The nurses who run the walk in clinic are also great. Very friendly, informed, and efficient. In and out for a flu shot in 10 minutes! On top of all that, the coupons, deals, and discounts in the store are tremendous. One of my favorite places to visit. read more

Do not order photos from here. I received my order and the photos were printed on paper - all the photos had a boarder around that I had to cut to be able to frame. I called to ask if this was a fluke and manager told me this is standard so if you want quality quick prints go to Walgreens. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more
