The pharmacy member had a different prescription in stock which was the wrong prescription. At no point did they call me back to tell me this. They handled everything terribly. Today, I switched to CVS. No more Walgreens. They lost our business. My husband went to pick up a perscription for our daughter who had a bad case of pink eye. He was told that it wasn't ready and he would need to come back TOMORROW. IT IS A BOTTLE OF EYE DROPS!!! I called and was told to come down before 7. I got there at 6:45 and waited in line at the drive through. I got to the window at 6:55. They told me that they had no insurance for my daughter. I had picked up a perscription, a few days prior, and explained that we had the same insurance. The woman placed the cardboard signs in the window and left me with six inched of space to see her. I had no idea what was going on, but was at the window, by now, for twenty minutes. Two other people pulled behind me and I was asked to pull into another lane. Then, I pulled back up. They ignored me, so I rang the bell. They, again, tried to tell me to come back tomorrow and leave my child in pain because they could not find her insurance information and, obviously, wanted to go home. I was now there for 40 minutes. I, then, called the insurance company and they said that nobody even attempted to pull her information. He said that she did have insurance and she heard it. Then, she shouted, over his voice, "What insurance information do you have?" She used a very rude tone. I repeated what she said and added that she used a rude tone. When she heard that, she said, "DO YOU WANT TO SEE A RUDE TONE? I'LL SHOW YOU A RUDE TONE!!!" Then she threw my insurance card in the bucket and closed the remaining part of the window over with cardboard and said, "You will have to come back tomorrow!" She did this knowing that my daughter was suffering! I told her that I will never shop there again and I will NOT. My insurance guy even said that she was so rude, as he was still on the phone. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went to CVS. They were kind and had no trouble finding my daughter's insurance information. I was out of there, in way less time. SHOP HERE!

FORGET THE LARGE CHAIN PHARMACIES! Come to Caring Pharmacy and Thai will take care of you! I have…read morebeen coming here for the past 5 years and I noticed that Thai takes on a personal approach when it comes to pharmacy and try his best to help me out as much as possible. Being a small local pharmacy, there is that personal, warm feeling every time I visit Thai. It is not that cold unfamiliar feeling that I normally experienced whenever I visit a large chain pharmacy because Thai would remember my name. What I really like the most about Thai and Caring pharmacy is that he would deliver your medication if you are unable to pick it up yourself, which is the case for my Great-Grandmother. He even went one step further and checked her Blood Pressure at her apartment when he dropped off her medication. Despite having limited parking (it's best to park across the street in the Food Zone Parking lot), Caring Pharmacy does lives up to its name and never disappointed me nor my family!
