CVS Pharmacy - Paper sign that says closed at 6:00pm. - Drugstores Near Me - London, Kentucky

The pharmacy will leave you high and dry. Online my order said "not filled, call pharmacy for more information." you can't reach a person on the phone and can only leave a message and they don't even call back! You have to show up in person and beg to get the information they should have just called and told you. read more

I think all I really need to say here is the employee at the pharmacy lectured me for not picking up my medicine on time during the middle of a global pandemic. I was picking up anxiety medicine and was anxious to even go into the store. When this current script gets filled, I will never go back here. I don't care if my work makes me take the awful CVS Caremark pharmacy insurance. Whoever works and runs this pharmacy has no concept of customer service whatsoever. read more

I got a flu shot at the London KY CVS Pharmacy and the customer service was awful. One Pharmacy Tech was speaking negatively about other customers. Fortunately, he did not use names. The woman who gave me paperwork and had me sign in on a screen was rude and dismissive. After I completed everything I was supposed to do on the screen (my questions clearly aggravated her) she just walked away and left me standing there. I said, "Are you ready to give me my shot or should I wait?" She replied." Sit in that hallway over there." and gestured vaguely. I walked over to the hallway and all I saw were bathrooms. As I turned to go back to waiting area another employee came out and gave me the shot. I will not be going back into that CVS for anything. read more

I go here because I'm forced to by my employer! I have no options but to use CVS or do mail order with CVS and they have left me without medications way too many times. I truly hate this pharmacy. I've never been treated worse at a pharmacy. Medications not ready when promised, medications not available and told to use mail order after I'm out no less, medications much more than they should be, employees that treat you like a number...you're part of an assembly line and that's it, wait times that are ridiculous, I could go on and on. Well boys and girls, I can get it cheaper at Walmart's pharmacy and my local pharmacy always took great care of me. Things may be great for you now but there will come a day when I have other options and please believe me when I say I will jump off this crap wagon as soon as I possibly can. KMart and Sears thought they didn't have to take care of their customers either and slowly but surely they've began to fall. I look forward to the day I can say the same about CVS. Maybe then I can go back to my friendly local pharmacist that actually appreciates my business. read more
