just bought a 30.00 outfit on May 7th and I've got the receipt. she wouldn't let me exchange it to a bigger size all bc I smoke. I know a lot of people doesn't like the smell I get that. I have not had a single good experience in this Walmart since I've been in London. Every single visit is a hassle. Like most Walmart's, they never have enough cashiers. The deli is in the back which makes no sense for people wishing to run in and grab deli food for lunch. Everything is spread out and confusing. Their parking lot is the hangout place for people for some reason. It's an interesting place for sure. read more

Bad service . Too few workers. Slow check out. Since Mr Walton passed away the heirs have just raised prices and unacceptable pay and treatment of employees are not agreeable. Self check out and false accusations of shop lifting is rude and cruel. Solve the theft problem with tact and accuracy. Not assumptions. Customers don't feel welcomed or appreciated . If I could give them a negative 10 I would. This place is a dump and do not buy refrigerated food from them because they leave it out on pallets before it is stocked and I am sure the food is spoiled. Management will promise to fix things but they do not all they want is your money and do not care about your health and safety. read more

I came to the tire/auto center on 8-21. Told them my low tire light had been on for two weeks. To check for a leak, air them up, and align them. They told me everything was good no leaks, and a belt may break soon in my back right tire to keep an eye on it and to come back if the tire light doesn't go off. A week later my tire light has still not went off so I decided to go somewhere else to have it checked out. Two of my tires have a leak and I was told there is no way of knowing when a belt in a tire will break. Why was my tires not checked correctly? Why was I lied too? I paid for service I did not receive. I will not be back. read more

Went to go shopping on Friday at 4pm and they had workers posted outside saying it was closed because they needed to clean. Ok Walmart's always need to be cleaned ‍ seemed like a publicity stunt since they had a news crew outside ready to film. Won't be trying this one again read more
