I suppose that since I wasn't dressed nice, the salesperson didn't think I had any money to spend. A customer service person even went and told the salesperson I was waiting on them. She went ahead with ignoring me and even assisted two other customers before talking to me. I eventually got tired of waiting and spoke to the manager. The manager was super apologetic and super helpful. She dropped everything to make sure I was served personally by her. This manager made my bad experience amazing. Because of the manager, I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. So to clarify, this store is great and I will not let one bad service experience deter me from getting what I know will be a great experience from now on. Go visit this store if you want great customer service, and if you run into an issue, talk to the manager. She will 100% make sure it's good to go.

The reason for 3 stars is the pickup. Its a disaster. The parking lot is too small, not enough spaces. Inside customers are always parking in what few spots there are. The other was "why is that shower not good enough for you?" I explained someone pooped on the seat and the jackass said to flush it. With that much diarrhea its basically a health hazard and there wasn't any reason for them NOT TO CLEAN IT, especially since it was their job to.
