We had a great experience with our sales person, Lauren. She was very nice and helpful. It was the…read moredelivery of our furniture that was terrible. We had ordered a couch with a cuddled seat and a chair. It was a larger piece than most couches. The furniture came in the back of a box truck. The had stacked pieces of furniture on top of other pieces. When our couch came off the truck it had wrinkles in the back from being stacked. The delivery guy said the wrinkles should come out in s couple of hours. The furniture was not wrapped with any protective covering. The guys were carrying the couch with their bare hands. At one point the were trying to force the couch through my front door and the fabric was rubbing against the door frame and the metal strip. I told them that wasn't not going to work. Overall, the entire delivery process was beyond frustrating. When you are spending over a thousand dollars on a sofa, you expect much better. I called Kemper's and told them about my frustration while the delivery guys were still here. I was told they would tell the owner and hey were apologetic. However, I never heard back from anyone at Kemper's. I won't be returning.
