Overcharged me three out of four visits was extremely difficult to reconcile the bill I had to have our insurance company audit them the last time because they threatened to turn us into the collection agency. The dentist and the technicians were excellent but the support staff is horrible and it causes you great distress when they overcharge you and you have to fight them Tooth And Nail to get your money back. read more

First time visit- found them through google, when viewing their website I found a coupon for free exam and x-rays. I was told to arrive early (15mins) to fill out paper work- and the appt could last up to 2 hrs. I arrived about 25 mins early to my appointment, and was taken back fairly quickly. (Before appt time) They took me straight into X-rays. This was a simple and standard procedure however... here's where they lost the first star for me. X-ray technician during my visit- took the protective cover off me while still wearing the gloves she shoved in my mouth. I could visibly see the wet spots from where she grabbed onto the protective gear. Whether you're worried about covid or not- I'm pretty sure you don't want my saliva all over you... She also touched the machine many time while wearing same gloves, which is necessary but I pray and hope they sanitize this Machine between patients. (But that is something I did not see happen). Once in the exam room- standard questions were asked- blood pressure was taken- and then I waited. I waited around 40mins once in the room alone. Which was fine but just be prepared to wait. Once next person arrived (Chelsea) she did her part, was beyond friendly and thorough. Very patient with all of my questions, and gave me great info. I waited only a short time for the Dentist to come in next- he reviewed everything and give me an exam. He was also very thorough, and patient. Understood my concerns and I feel he did a great job. However they lost another star- because while I was waiting to go over my "dental plan" one of the employees announced while walking by my room loud enough for me to hear "I've got some great news guys... "@3;!$" quit". I don't think that is very professional, and speaks volumes. I don't want or need to know about the work place drama. Final list star- was the last step a consult for future services and providing me costs. The gal I spoke with (McKenzie) , she was a bit rude when I was asking questions about options for my follow up services. I was told I could not get any services or cleanings other than a $450.00 service and when I started to ask additional questions she got short with me and that was it. Overall I'd say the visit was good but not for me. I spent right at 2 hrs here. But was comfortable the whole time. They have individual TVs in each room but no way to change the channel to my knowledge. It was quiet for the most part in the exam room. read more

First off, I must say that the x-Ray tech and affixed crew were wonderful and in no way is this a reflection on them. This has to do with their dentist that I'd seen. After having to argue with the dentist that pain I felt wasn't in my imagination things were much better. I told the dentist exactly what was going on. Please don't assume that your patients don't know their bodies. I believe that in a last ditch effort to rid himself of me, he offered a 365 x ray just to appease me. When he came back to see me, his attitude was much different. The infection that I told him was in the tooth and Sinus cavity were located. I believe that he caused more pain that warranted. The tooth was loose and cracked. Should Not have taken so much force. read more

We always have to wait awhile past our appointment time and then debate about the price even though we have a print out of what the price should be and that we don't want fluoride and x-rays. The person that does the cleaning has always been friendly. We pay cash and I think we should be able to pick what we want done. read more

If your smart and need dentures, stay away from here. Twice as much cost as other dentists, Don't fit dentures correctly, wait time at least 1/2 hr to 45 minutes. To get an adjustment I had to wait at least 5 to 11 days. Finally got money back after 5 1/2 months of pain and not being able to eat. But had to wait more than 5 working days for return of money. Very unsatisfied with the whole place. read more

My problem is that their prices kept going up. I was scheduled for an appointment and Natalie called and said it was going to be an extra 200 on top of cash that we had already paid. It was close to 800 maybe more. I had the upper's done and that was 600. The bottom was just a partial. Of course I didn't get them done, I couldn't afford them. I went to another dentist that did the partial for a fraction of the price and Smiles, Dr. Hardin and the whole staff were awesome! Now since I didn't finish with Aspen they keep sending me a bill for 42 dollars saying that I owe for the exam on the bottom. The exam is supposed to be free, but they never touched the bottoms. I've heard numerous people say they are dishonest and I believe it! Crooks is what they are! read more

i went in today for a cleaning. the hygienest (whitney) was really nice and really profesional. Made the process really confortable, even tho i am usually not so confortable going to the dentist. After that i got my check up by Dr Feltner and i was sorprice that i didn't have any cavities or that they didn't try to sell me something that i don't need like previos experiences i have in other offices. i really like that they make me feel they were very honest. the entire staff was really nice and friendly, surprisingly they make my visit very enjoiable. i will definitely make this my dentist office, and will recomend to people i know... read more
