When I'm in the area, this is my go-to Walgreens. The parking lot is medium sized and I can always find a spot. I do notice this is a pretty busy location. I've stopped in for cards, gift cards, milk, and more. It's a convenient spot to get last minute items and a quick shopping experience.

Within two minutes, a staff member approached me and told me that the bag couldn't be in the front of the cart because it was "unsanitary," as that spot is for food. Here's where I'm confused: isn't that same spot designed for children to sit--kids who are often in diapers? How is that considered more sanitary than a dog safely enclosed in a bag?
