Fl CVS location every month for the last ten years. Family circumstances require I temporarily live with them 45 miles north of my home, so I need to pick up my prescriptions here. Jessica refuses unless I change the address on my driver's license. Jessica's excuse for refusing to help a long time customer was she is "strictly enforcing CVS's corporate policy". I called their 800 number and spoke with a CVS corporate pharmacist, Joe , who told me she is wrong, there is no corporate policy. There was one person visible behind the counter who was having a long conversation with the elderly woman at the drive through. Thinking I could save her some time, I asked if I could simply drop off the script. The clerk snapped "No, you can not!" I do not need to be treated rudely at a place where I give my money.
